Cancel without notice
Honestly, I didn't live in this hotel in the end because they cancelled our rooms when we arrived around 11:30 pm. I called the hotel in the morning to make sure when the last time to check in is, and they said there was no limited for the late check in. However, when we arrived the hotel, they just told me that because they couldn't charge my credit card, so they cancelled it and sold our rooms. They said they called me, but I didn't receive ANY call and text. The reason I still gave them some starts is because the staff helped us find another hotel with one room ( but we needed two) immidiately, so we didn't sleep in our car at least..... I hope it will not happen anymore. It is too scared to foreigners that we encountered this kind of things.

Yes, it Is noisy as everyone else said. But, that's what you are gonna pay for if you r looking for some hotel with good access. It is very close to train station. It's noisy but also very convenient. The room is clean and that's all I need. You can't say it is nice, but it is just ok for a stay.

The room we were given was dirty and smell funny. The lady at the lobby was nice and heard our complain and changed our room. The new room was better. But the hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Even the towels are so old, you feel a bit creep out to dry yourself with them. Carpet on floor full of stains and blanket as well.

2points in it's favour. It's cheap and near the Amtrak stn. That's it.the hotel is at the bottom end of the Rodeway inn brand. The build needs a total refit. Limited outlets and no USB points any repairs carried out by a incompetent DIYer The bed one lumpy pillow a sheet and a blanket you can see throughIt obviously didn't bother the people in the room next door the banging on the wall was constant To sum up grotty at best is all I can say

The only good thing about this property is location. Everything in the room was duct taped together for a “fix” . Our shower curtain was down when we arrived. Asked the front desk to fix, he came in and put it back up but came down mid shower. The shower head is about tall enough for a midget and have to bend down the whole time showering and doesn’t adjust because it’s broke on the wall.

Complaints about lack of parking and no free breakfast don't make sense for an older downtown property because there's no room in the facility for a meal room, and no possibility of expanding parking in a downtown location. The downtown location is a plus, but plusses often come with tradeoffs. Many reviews complain about cleanliness and water heat/pressure, but my room was clean and the shower came on hot immediately. Yeah, the street and railroad tracks are noisy. It's a downtown location. Everything worked fine in the room except for very weak, pretty much useless, wi-fi. Management should address that. Also, the heating unit in the window isn't old but the interface makes little sense, and it's overly loud. Makes me wonder whether a better choice might have been made. Other than the problems noted the downtown location is a major plus, and makes the facility a choice to consider.

Lady charged me $25 at check in. I had two double beds. She said $10 cleaning fee and $15 charge to have 3 ppl in the room. Smh. One bed two ppl.. So 2 beds 4 ppl should be ok? She ask me how many ppl in the room. I said 3. She charges me $15 extra for 3 ppl. Smh. I'm tired and came in from the airport shuttle.I needed to sleep.i will not stay at this hotel again.

There was an extra $10 charge for checking in. I could not use the closet because it was used for storage. They had 6 large hotel mirrors stored there. Small parking lot, if you drive a full size pickup and there are multiple in the lot you’ll be making 5-6 point turns. Bed and room was comfortable, would have been much better with good pillows.

Do not stay here
I chose this hotel because it was close to the Amtrak station and I had a 5am train. They charged me close to $250 because it was Jan 1. Their details on this site are a lie. There is no microwave (40% of why I picked this place), the front desk is not 24/7, and they charge an additional $10 cleaning fee. That fee is not on this site and on their own site they charge $5 for a cleaning fee. There was hair in the bed, sink, shower, and even the door hinges. Visible dirt in the shower, door frames, and walls. The bed is uncomfortable, the heat/ac unit difficult to use and loud, and you can hear everything (even your neighbor snoring). The coffee machine was filthy and still had an old coffee packet. I would've been better off sleeping in the train station. Gross, overpriced, and deceptive.

Water pressure extremely low. Towels and pillows lacking in comfort and quantity. The room had a weird smell. No ice, no breakfast. Not enough parking, big inconvenience. Had maid service knocking on the door a couple of times well before checkout time asking when were leaving. Our room was clean except for a few small pieces of trash. The location was the biggest draw for this stay but next time we will definitely spend a little more to stay somewhere else.

Booked online the owners charged me 30 extra bucks for booking on hotels .com and called it tax . They advertise free coffee but keep the doors locked until after 10:00 then they won't let you have any . When I finally did talk them into giving me a cup it was obvious it was days old . Having to walk 5 blocks in 15 degree weather to get coffee when they use it as a selling point made me very angry . Flagstaff is full of shady motels that saw there heyday in the 60s , this is one of them

The first room that I was given had very dim lighting. Neither of the lamps at bedside’s was operational. The room was very dark with the poor overhead light. The desk clerk tried to convince me that it was OK. It was not OK. He gave me another room, but this one was a king bed. My original room was two double beds. I said to him concerning the king room this room is smaller than the other and only has one bed. Is there a price difference? He said the rooms were the same size and it was all the same. At that point I realize that I got what I paid for. Although the shower was dirty, the bathroom was too cold to take a shower, and there was no effort to clean my room throughout my tonight stay, I decided to not make anymore complaints about the room and to except the fact that nothing was going to change. This property is in poor condition. It’s dirty.
