Walk 5-10 minutes to local eateries – comfort food, high end dining, coffee shops, grocery store -- it’s all minutes from your doorstep. New queen bed and 1 small sleeper ottoman, full bath and kitchen.

The "Music Studio" is a free-standing, carriage-house style studio space that offers visitors a unique, local experience while staying in Flagstaff. We invite you to step into our space and relax. Surround yourself with soothing, comfortable decor and enjoy the local music posters from northern Arizona s premiere performing arts and entertainment venue, the Orpheum Theater. You are sure to see one of your musical favorites! Located just 3 blocks north of historic downtown Flagstaff and surrounded by homes listed in the National Historical Register, there is no need for a car but one is recommended if you would like to explore Northern Arizona. Fine dining, entertainment, galleries, and shopping are all just a short walk or bike from this studio. You will instantly feel like a part of the neighborhood, making it hard to say to say goodbye to Flagstaff!

The "Music Studio" provides a unique and lovely experience to those who choose it. The neighborhood exemplifies the meaning of the word community, with beautiful historic homes and gardens planted with lots of plants and flowers. Come and take in the beauty of the surroundings that we so appreciate on a daily basis! Welcome to the neighborhood!

The "Music Studio" is located in historic downtown Flagstaff on the highly desirable North Leroux Street. You are within easy walking distance to many local eateries, galleries, and shopping, as well as Flagstaff s live music and entertainment scene with nightly shows. Downtown Flagstaff has something to offer each and every individual, creating a unique experience for all that visit!

For those who love the outdoors, we are in very close proximity to biking and walking trails, and are a great location for taking day trips to hike, fish, climb, mountain bike, ride horses, ski/snow board and explore. Flagstaff is a central location from which to visit Sedona, Jerome, the Grand Canyon, Wupatki, Sunset Crater and Walnut Crater National Monuments, and many other beautiful locations.

We are close to the train station and the bus line. There are places to rent bikes close by and taxi services and rental cars are readily available. Ask us and we will point you in the right direction!

The space is furnished with a n electric range and oven, microwave, toaster oven and refrigerator for storing and heating up all those delicious leftovers from Flagstaff s yummy restaurants. There are also plates, cups, utensils and general pantry items. A boom box is provided so you can jam to your own tunes or we some some bootleg cassette tapes if you forgot to bring your own music!

As Property Manager of the "Music Studio", I will make myself available to you in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Creating a truly memorable experience from start to finish for you makes my day and is what I set out to do with each guest. I appreciate you choosing to stay with us and will provide nothing short of an amazing stay!

Great Stay, Perfect Location

Cute little studio a few blocks away from downtown Flagstaff. We really enjoyed our weekend stay and walked everywhere. Check in a d check out were easy, the place was very clean and had all the necessities. Very cute decor too. Really enjoyed staying here.

Wonderful place, wonderful location

The Music Studio in Flagstaff was exactly the place we were looking for. It is in a great location to where you can walk to the shopping district. My wife and I ventured out every day to all sorts of places and it was always a welcome site to come back to house.

Perfect for what we needed. We come to ski and location was perfect for that. Place was clean with all required amenities that we needed. Second bed was pullout single. Sufficiently comfortable for my 11 year old daughter. Place is petite but worked for us

Lovely place and relaxing stay

Enjoyed the stay. Quaint little cottage but spacious enough in how it is arranged to feel open. Decor was well thought out and fun. Everything was fine. A personal preference that was missing was that none of the windows opened. There were lovely breezes and couldn't get that inside. I did sit outside with coffee and reading so that worked out. Would definitely go back. -- No verbal communication with property manager just emails.

Perfect downtown getaway

The studio was perfect for my spouse and I. It was clean and check in/out was easy. The best part by far was the location. We were a short walk to downtown, but far enough away that it was very quiet at night. Would not recommend more than 2 people, but for just the two of us, it was perfect!

The place was sufficient but not desirable for a 3rd person. I had a hard time sleeping on the couch and pullout bed as they were very worn out and should possibly be replaced or not listed for more than 2 people.

Thanksgiving in Flag

This is a cute, cozy apartment in a great location. Walking distance to shops & restaurants in downtown, but a quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment was the perfect size for me. My family stayed in the main house and it was beautiful. I would stay here again!
