Breakfast no good, the room, the shower didn't work properly

We appreciate your review and we apologize for inconveniences you had during your stay. We did go into room 104 this is a handicapped room with a roll in shower. The sprayer is a little different from regular shower heads. We checked it out and it is in working order. At anytime you have any problems with your stay please notify the front desk we are here to help. We would like to have a chance to fix any issues before it becomes a 2 out of 5 score we strive for a lot better. The breakfast sausage on the other hand had to be re cooked The breakfast bar attendant is learning and still getting the hang of cooking meat ( she does not eat meat) I came in the same morning and had her re cook more. Hopefully the other items had not been a problem ( my apologies ) Thank you for your review and helping us to become a better hotel for our guest . We appreciate your honesty and I promise the sausage is not always burnt.

Pretty disappointed with our stay here this time. We’ve stayed here in the past and it was a nice place, this time however the rooms were dirty, the hot tub didn’t work, the breakfast was minimal and it just feels run down….caution tape hanging on various things…. More than likely won’t ever be staying there again. Oh and expensive for all of that :(

My second room was clean, the first had not beem cleaned. Pillows on top of the lampshade and on the chair. Went back to the front desk got another room. 2nd room was fine. Just... blah. The clerk was not personable at all, never made eye contact. The room wasnt very clean, the soap dish on the bathroom was filthy. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets. AC worked great. Very quiet. Shower was great. When i checked out the night clerk was winderful! At 0500 he brought my room reciept to the side door where i was loading my car and took the luggage rack for me. Super nice and friendly!!

Rude staff. Left personal items in my room and was told they would be mailed back to me. Never happened. Called 4 times and was told my items were “thrown out”. Refused to allow me to speak to the manager.

The staff esp Gary at the front desk was great. Gary was exceptional and went way beyond. He was attentive and looked after out every need. 5 star service in Best Western. Room was clean and adequate.

Not a pleasant experience.
Reserved multiple rooms for the MS150. When we arrived, one of the beds was stripped but no clean sheets were put back on. I was so tired I just went ahead and slept in the other bed which appeared to be changed. In the morning, ready for a hot shower, no hot water! Not in my room or in any of my teammates rooms.

A bit Disappointed
Check in first night and no towels in bathroom, of course found that out once ready to take a shower and after unpacking to stay for five nights. Called front desk and was told sorry but she would not deliver towels to the room, if I wanted towels I had to come down and get. The A/C fan would not run continuously full time (even thou the button punched saying it would) , and the temostat on the wall did not work.

Solo getaway
Very pleasant stay. Just after checking in, i realized the TV wasn't working. I went down to the front desk and mentioned it to the front desk clerk, and without hesitation, offered to put me in another room and put that room out of service. You don't see that too often. Most others would attempt to fix it and usually waste time doing it. Will stay here again, no doubt.

We booked 2 rooms. When we checked in we were given both room keys but when we went to go in to one of the rooms we were told by housekeeping it wasn’t ready. They got it ready fairly quickly however it was an inconvenience because we had a wedding we had to be at and we had to get ready. When we went to leave that same room’s door did not automatically lock from the outside. We let the front desk know and they said they would get it fixed but when we got back it wasn’t which meant our room was unlocked the whole time we were gone and anyone could have walked in it. 😟 Breakfast was meh. It was ok for what it was but have definitely stayed at better Best Western Pluses. The took not locking was a big ugh!

It was pretty good. Check in lady was pretty short and almost rude. Breakfast was barely edible. Hotel was clean though.
