「The property is incredibly well suited for groups. Sheila has created a perfect home to host family, friends or (in our case) multiple families. She has everything you could ever need in the kitchen, large living spaces to congregate, lots of toys, plenty of beds, and clean bathrooms! The listing was perfectly accurate, and the floor plan allowed us to map out room arrangements before arriving (a huge help with kids!). Sheila was also extremely communicative and accommodating -- even allowing us...

「Well situated and quiet, the “Rad Pad” was a nice respite at the end of each day from exploring Asheville. We would certainly come back!」

「The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to a wonderful walking trail. The host left a list of things to do and places to visit, that was so helpful.」

「Cozy place with a fenced yard for the dogs. Close to everything」

「House has a lovely, well equipped kitchen. Lots of amenities, quiet neighborhood and friendly people. The property manager was outstanding with many suggestions of where to go and what to do.」

「Great place and beautiful location! Will definitely stay again.」

「A very comfortable farmhouse with everything one might need - from kitchen utensils, 1st aid kit, plenty of towels/washclothes, to comfortable chairs and nice king-size bed. The Owner, JR was quick and easy to communicate and most gracious and understanding. And the farmhouse location was superb - 10 minutes to the Pisgah National Forest for wonderful hiking, 10 minutes to Brevard and its world-class Music Festival, 45 minutes to Ashville with its many excellent restaurants, 30 minutes to...

「Absolutely charming and very well equipped small home. A lot of small amenities to make it welcoming. Didn't realize it had steps, that was our fault for not checking. We found the registration process to be confusing trying to do it through Expedia as it was a vbro. The owner went out of her way to be helpful.」

「This worked out well for my family. My husband is a wheelchair user and the property worked well, especially the ramp in the garage. The house was clean and inviting and in a lovely area. It felt remote and surrounded by nature while still being a short drive from Asheville and other adventures in the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality!」

「Very nice accommodations. Clean environment. Very comfortable bed. Nice double vanity sink for couples. Full size shower with extra linens closet. Nice porch for outdoor R&R. Communication with host was fast and friendly. Anytime we needed anything host was accommodating. Appreciated the chalk board welcoming us with our name.I will definitely keep in mind for any future Asheville stays.」

「Nancy was very communicative. We arrived to the cabin a little earlier than check-in to drop off one of our cars so that we could go explore Asheville. Phil and Nancy were there cleaning the cabin. They were super sweet and welcoming. The property is beautiful. The day was actually quite lovely so we sat on the porch for a while before going to dinner in Asheville. It is a nice comfortable cabin, a great getaway. If you were looking for a place to just relax and get away from the hustle and...
