War ganz ok bis auf den lärm der Klimaanlage und vom Kühlschrank und das Treppenhaus. Anderes manko man kam sich vor am Abreisetag als wenn man verschwinden soll das der nächste rein kann wenn es 11 uhr heißt muß man nicht um 10 uhr da stehen und sagen ich wollte sehen ob ihr noch da seid.

La location e' unica , c'e' tutto quello che serve, letto comodo, acqua calda sempre disponibile e tutti i piccoli elettrodomestici in dotazione perfettamente funzionanti. Comodo il ristorante al piano terra con ottimi piatti della cucina locale e non. Panorama con vista oceano indimenticabile!

Séjour en couple de 6 nuits

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il n’y a pas de réception elle se fait sur le palier de l’hôtel qui se trouve derrière le restaurant. Ensemble de la chambre propre et spacieuse, pour 2 personnes. Cependant, nous n’avions pas de balcon, ni même d’étendoirs afin de faire sécher nos vêtements de plage, nous avons dû faire avec les moyens du bord avec les chaises de la table à manger. Un peu dommage pour un hôtel qui se trouve en face de la chambre. Pas de fenêtre apportant de la luminosité à la chambre nous devions allumer les lumières même en pleine journée. Chambre climatisé et heureusement car il faisait très chaud. Dispose de fonctionnalités (micro-onde, bouilloire, couvert … etc) très correct. Le ménage a été fait tous les jours, ns serviettes de douches ont été elles changé 1 seule fois dans la semaine et il a fallut que m’ont fasse la demain. Malgré quelques détails à modifier nous avons passé un bon séjour. Rapport qualité/prix correct. Hôtel bien situé.

Acceptable avec des améliorations à mener

Un bon rapport qualité/prix pour un petit T1 fonctionnel très proche de la mer avec vue sur la plage de Flic en Flac. Il mériterait un rafraichissement complet (peintures, luminaires, mobilier, vaisselle, électroménager...). Les 2 appliques néon (salle de bain et au dessus TV) ne fonctionnent pas. Le WIFI est instable, son débit insuffisant. Nous avons découvert la présence d'une personne dans notre chambre opérant les câbles de la TV sans prévenance préalable ! Nous déplorons la visite de 2 grosses blattes marrons à 2 reprises sur 2 semaines de séjour...

Hotel à éviter.

Hotel bien situé face à la plage,mais tres prêt d'un night club. A evitez le week-end. Chambre propre en arrivant mais menage faiit les 2 premiers jours sur 6. Literie épouvantable. Kitchenette :2 etageres ,pas de plaque de cuisson ,pas d'evier,1 mico ondes..... Nous deconseillons cet établissement.

A very nice stay

We had a very pleasant stay! Our room had a beach view and it is only a short walk to the Spar shop. There are nice restaurants close to the hotel and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Well epuipped kicthen and nice beds. The only minor thing which could be annoying is the music from a near-by night club. We stayed at Chez Pepe's for 5 nights and we will defenately stay there next time when we visit Flic-en-Flac, Thank you!

Affordable place to stay in Flic en Flac

Good value for money. The appartment is located right accross the beach with a good view from the balcony. We had expected that the apartment had ex. dishwashing brush and dishwashing liquid, but you had to buy it yourself. We were not bothered by noise, as many people write about.

Okay place to stay along the Flic-en-Flac beach

Chez Pepe is located across the street from the beach. The room itself was nice enough although its natural lighting could have been more. There was something odd about the floor in my room. Certain areas were very warm while other areas were normal. Perhaps something in the restaurant located beneath the room caused that. I stayed at another guest house nearby after leaving Chez Pepe, and while Chez Pepe wasn't bad, the other location was nicer and slightly cheaper. It pays to shop around.

Un petit appartement juste en face de la plage

Séjour 7 de nuits: 1 adulte 1 enfant. L'appartement N° 2 a un balcon qui donne sur la mer ce qui rend ce dernier vraiment agréable. Il est un peu vieillot mais pour un deux étoiles et le prix je n'ai rien à redire. La gentillesse de Cindy fait toute la différence. Voici une liste des points retenus: Points positifs: - localisation (juste à traverser la route pour accéder à la plage) - au dessus d'un restaurant italien où l'on mange très bien - wifi accessible (même si un peu faible) depuis la chambre alors qu'indiquer qu'il ne l'était que depuis le couloir) - spacieux -propre (le ménage est fait tous les jours, les draps et serviettes changés tous les 3 jours) -fonctionnel (four à micro ondes, petit grill, bouilloire, grand frigo) mais attention, pas de vraie cuisine -grande salle de bain - Air Conditionné - Literie confortable - proximité de l'arrêt de bus (2 mns à pied) - pour info compter environ 24 roupies pour un adulte et 12 roupies pour un enfant - présence d'un coffre - double vitrage - calme en semaine Points négatifs: - présence de cafards même si pas très nombreux - pas d'évier donc on fait la vaisselle dans le lavabo de la salle de bain (mais ça c'est pas vraiment important) - bruyant le weekend car présence d'une discothèque juste ) côté et voiture qui passent avec la musique ) fond toute la nuit (vendredi et samedi soir et jours féries uniquement (le reste du temps c'est vraiment calme. Останавливались в апартаментах на 3 ночи, 4 дня. В эти дни мы каждый день ездили на экскурсию по 7-10 часов и специально взяли апартаменты, чтобы не платить за хороший пляжный отель, тк по сути только ночевали, даже купались на экскурсиях. Скажу честно, это были худшие дни на Маврикии. Перед этим жили 3 ночи в Гранд Бэй 4*, после этого кошмара на Тру-о-биш 4* остальные ночи, отходили от этих апартаментов. Главная беда- полчища тараканов. Внизу ресторан, кстати довольно неплохой, оттуда наверное и лезут. Тараканы везде, на меня даже ночью заползали, умудрились заползти в чемодан, перетряхивали все вещи. Кондиционер работает как вентилятор, очень слабо. На наше счастье в эти дни стояла облачная погода, иначе бы просто сдохнуть можно было. Неоднократно просили починить, приходили, что то крутили, безрезультатно. Уже потом наш гид пообщался с местной сотрудницей, она сказала, что специально на такую температуру ставят, так экономней. Мы спали с открытытой балконной дверью, шум с улицы, запахи из кафе, в общем кошмар. Кровать старая, белье рваное. Все грязное и замызганное. Посуда не мытая, в остатках пищи от предыдущих гостей. Мы жили на втором этаже крайний номер, не представляю как можно жить под крышей на 3, если там такой кондиционер. Само побережье отличное, волны правда присутствуют. По выходным приезжает куча местных, все загажено. В понедельник Асю эту грязь убирают. Не рекомендуем, испорченный отдых.

Chez Pepe ligger veldig sentralt . Med utsikt og nær Flic en-Flac stranden. Flere bra restauranter i nærområdet. Stedets eneste store supermarked Spar ligger 10 min gange unna. Vannet er litt grumsete rett på nedsiden av hotellet, men går en litt en av veiene er vannet krystallklart. Koraller og mye fine fisker å se når en snorkler. Veldig lite solsenger å få tak i, bare et sted vi fant. De var dyre, og var der bare inne mellom. Hotellet er enkelt men har det du trenger. Flott utsikt fra rommet. Helt greit i forhold til pris.Det er ikke resepsjon på hotellet, en må avtale ankomst tidspunkt.

This was a great choice.

The apartment is right across the street from the beach. It was absolutely wonderful. There were two very spacious bedrooms, living room/kitchen, large bathroom and a wonderful balcony. The place is kind of hard to find because Mauritius really doesn't have street signs. I would suggest getting them to pick you up at the airport and then renting a car a couple of blocks from the apartment. There are wonderful restaurants on the same street as the apartment and then some cute shops a couple of blocks away. The occasion was excellent and the staff were wonderfully helpful. If you have any questions off hours, the restaurant down stairs is connected to the apartments and they are also helpful. We had toilet paper but if you are doing dishes, make sure to pick up dish soap etc as these things are not included in the apartment rental. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. I would say this is a great value for your money considering how expensive all inclusives are on this island. We had come from a 10 day camping safari in Africa and we had some wonderful days here to just unwind and rest. Great value for the money

We arrived late at 10 pm and there was no staff as theres no reception. Luckily the restaurant was open and they called the caretaker who gave us a code to enter. Had the restaurant been closed we would not have been able to enter. They should have emailed a code to us prior as we hadnt told them what time we would arrive. There was no toilet paper, toilets were dirty, dishes not clean and room not swept. The beds looked clean and everything else was fine in terms of comfort. The hotel claims theres wifi but its only in the corridors not inside the room, so people are outside the rooms trying to access wifi!!! We asked for new towels, we didnt get any.
