「The Herald was a cozy place to stay while we visited our daughter's family to celebrate a late Christmas. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and feeling like home. 「This property was very clean and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood and great location. I would definitely stay here again. For future occupancies there is only one TV located in the living room. There is no washer and dryer. The stove has a malfunction where the knob’s were working for the opposite eye, still very much usable (so if you use the right eyes use left eye knob’s).」

"I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
