「We came to town for graduation and a small family reunion! I had high expectations and they exceeded them! The property was amazing and very close to everything we needed! Very possible to go back to the exact same rental because it was that good!」

「This property has a great view of the White River. The host or manager will be adament with you about needing an awd or 4wd to access this property. Don't write him off he knows what he is talking about. This is a beautiful house with a million dollar view. However much like any house they tend to have their quirks. The down stairs half bathroom lacked a certain level of privacy (a door) . The kitchen sink doesn't drain properly it held a half a sink full of water for an extended period of time....

「Locating this property is a bit of an adventure. Listing indicated that GPS might not work, and boy was that correct. I would suggest that you beef up the directions a bit to overcome that. Instructions for the security system were accurate, but we had trouble finding control and the alarm went off before we could get to it. The lock on the gate didn't work properly. Patio furniture was very dirty and we had to clean that to spend time out there. Several of the sinks didn't drain properly. But,...

「Great location between Mt View and Blanchard. Quiet and relaxing. Only complaint was that even though we didn’t watch much tv, the buttons on the remote to the satellite don’t work causing a lot of frustration. There’s the only reason for 4 stars and not 5. Otherwise a perfect stay!」
