This 1801 living Sqft 3 bedroom 2bath home with fenced in backyard offers you a farm setting on beautiful South Duval Island. There are tons of leisure actives around Citrus County to enjoy. Check all your actives out on our local County site Bring your kayaks, canoes or boat to enjoy the lovely Floral City Lake part of Tsala Apopka chain of lakes with boat access. If you enjoy biking we are just minutes away from the Rails to Trails, with 46 miles of peaceful scenic riding. Do you love Golf? We have several golf courses to pick from. Comfortable, clean, well appointed house near central Florida activities.
We were here 4 days and wished it was 4 months! This house is spotlessly clean, well decorated and bright, making it cozy and comfortable. The proprietor is responsive and thoughtful. The beds are dreamily comfortable and the towels fluffy. The furnishings are tasteful with everything needed for a group of friends or family. The kitchen is well supplied making it easy for 1 or more chefs to cook for a hungry crowd. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street surrounded by a cattle farm. It is a charming location and a short drive or bike ride to the boat launch, historic district and the idilic Withlacoochee Trail. The use of the garage to store our bikes was an unexpected bonus. The only thing to be aware of is a step down into the dining area that could be troublesome for toddlers or folks with mobility challenges. We want to come back and bring our friends!
