In the building there is no lift and the apartment is on the fifth floor (100 stairs) so it is advisable to the young and fit people

The apartment is located in via Monalda almost in the Strozzi Square in the historical center of Florence.

There is the zone traffic limited so if you arrive by car make a reservation in some garage near the apartment.
For example in via de Fossi - quick garage.



Check-out is until 10:00, with charge of 30€ is possible to stay until 1pm and has be communicate the day before the check-out.

For stays longer than 10 nights, utilities will be paid by the guest. Relevant expenses will be calculated ;

Smoking is strictly forbidden! If we lose the reservation after becouse of the smoke smell, we will charge you of the full damage.


Please kindly Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins before you check-out. ( follow the map in the welcome book)

The extra bed linen,towels, toilet paper and others are on request and on charge.

We remind you that we do not have the hotel qualification, we manage short tourist rentals without the hotel's services and the reception.

We invoice the guest of our commission, final cleaning, linen and we stipulate a lease between the owner and the guest who serves to pay taxes due to the state. We are able upon request to provide additional services. JUST ASK!

Due to the increase in bills in Italy and to keep the heating, lights and air conditioning active we need the correct use of them by the guests and we ask not to waste electricity.
In winter, the Italian government allows you to set the thermostat from 20 to 21 ° C, in summer from 18 to 20 ° C. It is strictly forbidden to touch and reset the remote controls and thermostats.
