DeMedici would love it

The apartment is AMAZING. The view of the ponte vecchio is stunning. Even de Medici would approve. My only gripe is the process to get access to the front door. Many travellers use European SIM cards in their phones and their text messages don't get read. After some effort, we were able to get access. An alternative to What's App should be available for those with connection isssues.

Excellent location with a lovely balcony above the Arno

The apartment was perfect for two adults. It is centrally located with a well-stocked grocery store across the street and many cafes/bars/restaurants within a 5 minute or less drive walk. Secure, quiet building, the apartment has an updated bathroom and enough kitchen appliances for a simple meal. One thing to be aware of is the per person city tax and utility charges (when staying over 8 days). One set of towels and linens for the bed are included, additional sets or a swap for a clean set are extra.

Apartments Florence - Horrible Service & Experience

Apartment was fine but management company was horrible and I would not recommend them. During the checkin demonstration process the representative must have left the gas stove burner on - we did not touch this plus it was 100 degrees. When we came back to the apartment the gas smell was so overpowering we needed to leave. After multiple attempted calls to Apartments Florence finally got thru to someone who just hang up on us.... Ended up having to rent a hotel room as the smell was so bad and in no way was risking the well being of my family. Definitely the worst part of the trip and not too mention could have been disastrous!
