Hôtel bien situé

Nous avions envoyé un mail pour annoncer notre arrivée et n’avons pas eu de réponse. Sur place, l’hôte est arrivé peu après nous. L’ascenseur est assez « creepy ». L’hôte nous est apparu antipathique. Il nous a donné pas mal d’informations parfois contradictoires. La chambre est correcte mais le ménage n’est pas fait notamment sous le lit. Une couette serait bienvenue car nous avons eu froid la nuit. La salle de bain est privative mais se trouve dans une pièce en face de la chambre. Les serviettes ne sont pas changées (séjour de 2 nuits). La femme de ménage est cependant très sympathique. L’hôtel est sécurisé et bien situé. La rue est cependant bruyante notamment le soir. Enfin, la commande de taxi pour quitter l’hôtel a été laborieuse. L’hôte a été réactif à notre demande de réservation faite la veille du départ. Cependant, le service de réservation de taxi n’a pas répondu et l’hôte n’a pas du tout été rassurant. Au final pour un court séjour ça peut passer mais pas plus.

for the price, it was perfect

Nice room and friendly staff. The air conditioning was really loud and didn’t cool enough. The price however was very good compared to the neighbourhood. Didn’t have the breakfast, but lots of options nearby.

Very great stay for the price, the external bathroom wasn’t at bother at all and the room was really big. Close to the center and very clean, bed was super comfortable! Only issue was the AC didn’t really cool down the apartment, and the fridge wasn’t super cold, but honestly would definitely stay again. Also there is no free parking so make sure you note that

Рядом с вокзалом, близко к достопримечательностям. В комнате есть чайник,чашки,пакетики для чая, кофе,сахар,холодильник, шкаф,вешалки, широкая кровать,теплые одеяла,обогреватель,который очень пригодился. Окно выходит на улицу и летом, если оно будет открыто, будет шумновато.Зимой нормально. Были в начале декабря. На ресепшене встречает молодой человек, все объясняет, дает карту. Отдельно оплачивали городской налог. Номер брали, где ванная комната отдельное помещение. Конечно не очень удобно, но дешевле. Мы об этом знали. Смотрите внимательнее, когда будете бронировать. В ванной все достойно, полотенца есть. Все понравилось, спасибо.

Удачное расположение. Недалеко от вокзала и в пешей доступности до исторического центра. Вход в отель по коду, который прислали на емайл. Туалет и ванная, хотя и персональные, но находятся в коридоре. В целом, хороший вариант для отдыха во Флоренции на пару дней.

Aramis rooms is a very clean facility offered at a reasonable price. It is very well located (i.e. within walking distance) from the terminal of the airport bus (0.75 km), from Florence's main features (0.5 km from the Duomo; 1 km from the Palazzo Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio), 2 km from the Palazzo Pitti, maybe 2.5 km from the Piazzale Micheangelo. For the business traveller: it is at an easy 7-minute walk from the Palazzo dei ingressi (convention center); so close in fact that one can return at the room to rest between sessions if need be. There is a convenient small grocery store next door or a large covered market two blocks away. It is close to numerous restaurants that can cater to any taste and shops. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff (mostly family) are courteous, professional and friendly. Only possible issue is that check-in is between 9AM and 4PM; I'm not sure how they would handle a late arrival; maybe by calling the phone number provided. Outside these hours, there isn't any staff around. It is important to keep all door access codes on oneself. The building is flush on a busy and noisy street, but the noise doesn't get into the rooms; the premises is a little resonant, but generally quiet. There is air conditioning in the room, not the most powerful, but it is sufficient to keep the room comfortable. Breakfast isn't included, but there is a small fridge in the room. All in all an excellent value and a place to which I would gladly return.

Lo mejor: la ubicación.El personal era muy amable, aunque solo esta por las mañanas un rato. La habitacion y el baño estaban muy limpios. Y habia una tetera con algunas infusiones y cafe instantaneo. Lo peor: que esa calle tiene mucho ruido y las ventanas no aislan nada. El ascensor está inutilizado por lo que tienes que subir y bajar las maletas por las escaleras. El aire acondicionado es centralizado (en junio no estaba ni puesto) y hacia mucho calor. Y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que las toallas las cambiaban cada 3 dias! (aunque al final conseguimos que las cambiaran cada 2)

Nosso quarto era separado do banheiro - se soubéssemos, não teríamos reservado este hotel. O café da manhã não é no próprio hotel, mas sim em uma cafeteria bem próxima ao hotel - café da manhã excelente, valeu a pena. O hotel não possui uma placa com seu nome na rua então foi bastante difícil encontrar, somente descobrimos olhando a pé - chegamos de carro - porta por porta até encontrar o número e ver com a letra bem pequena no nome do hotel. As acomodações do quarto não eram excelentes, eram Ok, a cama poderia ser mais confortável. Havia uma porta no nosso quarto que o separava de outro quarto, então recebemos bastante barulho do quarto ao lado, o que não foi agradável.

Quarto muito sujo poeira acumulada no piso , tinha teia de aranha embaixo de uma das comidas, serviço regular apesar de estar claro ter recepção das 9 as 16 não vimos ninguém. O quarto que ficamos tinha um cheiro fortíssimo de cigarro , impregnado nas cortinas, o quarto 6 era divisa com um restaurante, além de barulho até tarde também cheiro. A única coisa que valeu foi a localização perto da estação.
