Excellent place to stay in for 3 nights in Firenze. The location was perfect, close to the station and the city center but far enough that it was quiet. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I wish there was an elevator for the luggage, I completely forgot that the ground floor is different from the 1st floor in Italy, so I was bummed when I realized we had to carry our luggage 2 more flights of stairs but that was on me. The entrance to the guesthouse building was a little sketchy because it was so dark and small but once you get to the guesthouse “lobby”, it feels very secure and clean. I wouldn’t mind bookingt here again.

We loved the location of this room...within a very short, easy walk from the Maria Santa Novella train station. And from there was very easy walking to LOTS of great dining and fun things to do. We booked a room with the jet tub and sauna and we loved it. There was a noticeable and unpleasant odor that persisted during our short stay. Also was odd that they kept asking for the same check-in details...both through What'sApp and thru the Expedia app?

We had such a wonderful stay here! After a long day of traveling, it was so nice to arrive at a clean, comfortable place where we could relax and enjoy the city of Florence. It also had nice AC, which was amazing since it was so hot outside. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that it blew right at me while I was sleeping, but I’m picky about that—my husband loved it. The wine available for purchase was such a convenient touch—we could simply leave some cash in the box and enjoy a bottle without having to go anywhere after a long trip. The place was clean and well stocked with toiletries, and my kids loved it too—especially my daughter, who said it was her favorite! The staff was wonderful, and communication was clear, easy, and very informative. The location was also great, very close to the train station, restaurants, and many attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Altamente recomendable!
