We were so impressed by the Astrid hotel. Checking in was swift, staff were helpful and friendly and rooms were spacious and clean. We especially loved the really comfortable beds! It’s a very short 5 min walk to S.M.N Train station and a 10-15mins walk to all the main squares with lots of trattoria, groceries and cafes nearby. The breakfast was also amazing with a great selection - make sure you be have the torta de nonna. Thank you for making our Firenze trip amazing! See you again in the future.

It there was also eggs and sausages, fruits, bread, pastries, cereals, yogourt. Staff is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

The room was too small for 3 beds. The corridor had a very bad smell the whole time .however the room was clean and the bathroom recently renovated . The air conditioner was new and worked well . The hotel was in a central location around the corner from the train station. However the street was very dirty and we felt unsafe at times . The staff were polite and helpful . A 3 star rating for the hotel .
