We LOVED our stay here. It was one of the best stays we had in Italy. The room was huge, clean and homey and had everything we needed. Niccolo was the best host you could ever ask for. He was extremely accommodating, helped us book a taxi when we were in need and surprised me with a croissant and coffee on the morning of my birthday. Great hospitality like this is rare to find. He alsl provided us with personalized recommendations to some of the best food spots in florence. Would definitely come back and stay here!

If you need to park your vehicle overnight the parking garage is right after the big hotel, The Social Hub, on Belfiore Street. It’s hard to find without this landmark.

No Parking available, had to park 2 blocks away and pay 10 Euros per day. Kitchen cupboards were locked after 11: 00 a.m. until 8:00 when the attendant returned . Couldn't get a fork, spoon, knife to cut anything until then.

Our room was very nice and clean. The location is very walkable to most of the highlights in Florence. It is an easy walk to/from the SMN train station, and the tram from the airport. The owner was there every morning to make coffee and give sightseeing advice. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.

I LOVED staying here! It was one of the best decisions I made during this trip. Niccolò is EXTREMELY helpful, he truly does everything he can to make your trip the best it ca be. From giving us a map pin pointing the bus routes we would need to get around the city, pointing out the areas we had in mind to see and letting us know how to get there and back. Places to eat, making us coffees in the mornings, doing everything he could to make our stay comfortable. I am so happy I booked this B and B, I am recommending it to my friends and family.
