This is Simona and Luca's home, a special place that radiates peace, serenity and emotional warmth. The rooms are bright, the décor is carefully chosen and technology is combined with practicality. The owners, who love travel and the travel experience, want to offer anyone who stays here a real “home away from home”, where respect and attention are at the heart of everything. The centre of Florence is very close, as are the airport, railway station and motorway.



The Space:

The apartment consists of a very bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa and television. The double bedroom is spacious and the bathroom has a shower. The small balcony is perfect for enjoying a coffee outdoors. This two-room apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, as well as ultra-fast internet.



Guest Access:

You will be able to enter the apartment independently from 3 p.m. on the day of your check-in. To enter, you will use the instructions and code that you will receive via email or chat after completing the document registration process.



Other Things to Note:

You'll access the apartment through self-check-in, allowing you to enter your Florence Charming Apartment any time after 3 PM by following the instructions you'll receive via email once the process is complete.



Our office provides prompt responses via email, chat, and phone from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Sunday. Outside these hours, we respond to emergencies only via phone or chat.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register each guest's ID who will stay in the apartment. That data, once registered online, is encrypted and transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by current law.



For stays of more than 10 days, we may ask you to arrange a brief visit to the apartment with one of our staff members. This allows us to deliver fresh linens and perform a quick maintenance check, ensuring everything stays perfect throughout your stay.



The appointment is always scheduled in advance and only takes a few minutes.
