Loved this place - a real gem. Once you figure out the codes to the building and location of everything - you are set. They are really good with communicating with WhatsApp and AI bot is perfect. The only issue is 6 floors of older elevator but once you figure that out you are good. The location is perfect.

The pictures do not depict the property correctly. Walls are damaged and dirty, there are no accents (vases), no rug, etc. It wasn’t to the level we would expect for a hotel with the reviews it receives.

This apartment is spacious for a place in Florence. It’s in a bustling neighborhood yet very busy with tourist activity. We had issues with the A/C and the local team did their best to help but even at the lowest temperature and highest fan setting, there wasn’t much airflow which made it difficult to sleep in. The apartment is also dated on the inside and perhaps to be expected in Florence. Based on our mixed experience , we wouldn’t go back.

This property had a few things going for and a few things needing attention. So the location is great, close to everything but just outside the tourist zone so not chaotic. The balcony is large and on a courtyard so pretty calm place to have a glass of wine, no view though. The vendor relies on AI to much, so when we had a problem with the A/C I had to fix it on my own. AI works for checking in but not for problem solving. I think they need a live contact option. Also the space was under utilized with just a tiny table and 2 uncomfortable small chairs in a pretty big living area. There was plenty of room for either a small couch and coffee table or a larger kitchen table with comfortable chairs. So overall just an Ok rating.
