  • Located in the middle of Florence historic center, at 5 minutes from the train station, in the heart of the old district of S. Lorenzo, full of life. The apartment, on the third and last floor with elevator, is quiet, bright, panoramic and romantic. overlooking the rooftops of the city, the terrace has a great view of the monuments and hills. The rooms are completely furnished in style and very comfortable with air conditioning in all rooms. Guarantee a fabulous stay!

This apartment was very cute and comfortable. It was centrally located in Florence, very close to the Duomo and many restaurants, etc. The view from the terrace was amazing. The elevator was much appreciated also. The host, Gaia, was very helpful meeting us at check-in and assisting with whatever we needed.

This apartment is in a prime location. Easily accessible to shopping, food and drink, and tours. Even in a high traffic area, the apartment is very quiet (with the exception of church bells lol).

We loved the terrace, sipping wine and watching the sunset after a long day of touring. Location, location, location! Perfect location, less than two blocks from the Central Market, near great restaurants and the train and bus stations. Private, quiet, A/C and elevator too.

Gaia was a great host and was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was in a great location for walking to everything we did. Grocery stores, restaurants, and a pharmacy were close by. We felt very safe at the apartment and the elevator was very helpful for moving our luggage on check-in and checkout. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we go back to Florence.

There's no better place to get to know the city. Breakfast on the balcony with a view of the cathedral – it doesn't get any better than this.

Perfect lication

Gaia met us at the property and gave us a very thorough tour and restaurant recommendations. The apartment is very quaint and amazingly quiet though in busy neighbourhood. You can get anywhere quickly from here and there is an elevator.

Communication with the host and availability at the house was amazing. The property was one of the nicest we have stayed at. Incredibly clean and the location was out of this world convenient. Everything you can possibly need as a visitor to Florence and a guest at the home was provided for and thoughtfully provided. Beds were comfortable. Heating/AC worked great. Closet storage was fantastic. Only wish we could have stayed longer than a week. Don't miss booking this one. It is a keeper.

Property is secure and comfortable. It is easily accessible to all Florence sites and museums. In the midst of activity but quiet inside with a great view of the city from terrace. We were able to walk everywhere. Would stay again if we return to Florence.

Gem within Florence

The location is perfect to all the tourist sites. We would consider this apartment if we happen to be back here again. It’s my fourth visit here in this beautiful city and it always feel my first every time.
