This property is a prime location to explore Florence while not being right in the tourist crowds. Great amenities nearby. The property is clean, has everything you need (kitchen, bedroom etc fully prepared with the essentials). Everything is comfortable. The hosts were helpful and on time for everything. Thank you for a great stay in Florence.

Good communication, AMAZING location. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Would have given 5 stars but the TV was not set up correctly so it took close to an hour of texting with management to correct it. They were very helpful and responsive, however,. Also the washer seemed to leak from somewhere when placed on a longer setting, I think the management was unaware of it so I let them know and I/m sure they have attended to it.Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Overall the apartment was excellent , great position and a nice feel. A few small things such as the shower spilling water the floor at each use and the lack of converters to allow full use of the electrical system and the loose tile at the end of the bed could be easily fixed . But dont let them stop you having a fantastic florence experience.

Lovely Property

The property was lovely. The bed was very short and there were loose ceramic tiles across the area at the foot of the bed. The tub was very narrow while using the shower and the shower partition was very flimsy and loose so that showering felt a bit dangerous. The good news is that their was a dishwasher. The windows were wooden and warped so that they were not easily closed. Noise was very loud outside because of the nature of the old windows.
