Phenomenal Location, clean and immaculate apartment

Had a great stay! Checking was easy and smooth. Very convenient and fun location. Apartment was clean and spacious. Was very helpful to have access to a washer and dryer as well!

Disappointing

The apartment was spacious & very well located. The beds were very comfortable & the pillows were satisfactory. The main bedroom had blackout curtains which was great. However, the top bedroom had no curtains & was too bright, & was sparse with no storage at all for clothes. We were disappointed as the property was not as described. There was no Nespresso machine with coffee as promised, & when I contacted the host about this, I received no reply. Also, the lockers were broken & no washing powder was available. The description stated that toiletries would be included, but there was only shower gel, & no shampoo, hair conditioner or body lotion. There were no instructions for the electrical appliances & so the tv & hob were difficult to use. I also think it’s not acceptable for staff to enter the apartment when we weren’t there (to collect the city tax). Overall, it fell short of what was promised & as we paid a high price, so we felt we were overcharged.

Beautiful property, fully equipped and very comfortable.could not have asked for more. Guisepina was a lovely host,greeted us with a smile and showed us Around the apartment and detailed all we needed to know.Thank you , highly recommended.

Wow! Just Wow!

I LOVED this property! The location is perfect! Right by The Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio this location is perfect for tourists. The apartment is beautifully appointed and updated. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive to inquiries. We will DEFINITELY be back! Thank YOU!!!
