El departamento tiene una ubicación excelente, justo en la contra esquina del Mercado Central y a un par de cuadras de la Basílica de San Lorenzo. Está muy bien equipado, la cocina completa, todo muy bonito y cómodo, las camas también. El baño en perfectas condiciones. Tener disponible una lavadora fue grandioso! En general, muy agradable y con todo lo necesario para pasarla muy bien. El único detalle es que es un tercer piso por escaleras, lo cuál no fue problema para nosotros, pero para tenerlo en cuenta. La única mejora sería agregar un horno de microondas.

This was the perfect spot for us. It was not in a high tourist area but very walkable to all attractions, food and transportation. It was nice to enjoy the evening at a local restaurant and not be crowded. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location in Florence. The four flights of steps were just what we needed after enjoying our gelato for the day. The shower is amazing. You have your own hot water heater for the apartment with lots of hot water.

집도 넓고 의사소통도 잘되고 위치도 걍 백만점!! 대신 4층인데 엘베가 없어서 짐을 가지고 왔다갔다 하는게 핵빡셈 ㅜㅜ 그리고 수건이 1명당 2개밖에 없지만 세탁기와 세제가 있어서 빨아쓰면됨.. 방이 건조해서 오히려 빨래 널고 자는게 좋았음 아 세탁기 기본 3시간 걸립니다..

This is a great place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the cultural areas in Florence! Short walks to train station, Duomo, Uffizi, and Academia. It’s right in the heart of the central market, where shopping stalls are set up daily, and where you can find many restaurants. It is on the top floor with no elevator (as are many places in Italy), so bear that in mind when choosing for accessibility and luggage.

Location is excellent. However, cleanliness and hospitality didnt quite make a mark. Suggest anyone staying there to bring your own bedroom sleepers and extra toilet papers. I stayed there as a couple for 5D4N and was given 2 rolls. They didnt give more upon request. Sofa was very dirty. Could see stains.

The apartment is ok , and the location is good , but on a market street The bad is the guy who received us He obliged me to go to street at 9:00 pm to pay him in cash in euros the taxes and the 10 min late fee . I had US dollars but he didn’t accept and all the change money stores where closed at the end and after suffering for 1/2 an hour he accepted giving him more money to change I was staying for 4 nights

Overall nice but communication could be better.

Its on the top floor. So the unit was really hot on a summer day. One of the two ACs was on but it took a lot of time to cool down the apartment such that it did not actually cool till early morning on any day. There are three keys required but only two were provided. Communication with the concierge is a problem. They do not like to be called. They prefer whatsapp message only. Lock for the door in the stairway can be opened from outside but we had to be told about it. A better way for the host/concierge would be to list down all instructions on a piece of paper and hand it over to the guest upon arriving so that they do not miss anything. They told us about trash that if we have more than one bag, we should throw it ourselves but we found that the earlier guests had not even thrown their trash out - and neither did the cleaners or host check about it. Other than these little things, its a nice apartment with a working kitchen.
