Very friendly staff. Good sized room with wonderfully powerful shower. Comfy big bed. Excellent breakfast - lots of variety. Bit too wet to enjoy outside space. Good location - 5 mins from train station. Easy to walk all over Florence. Definitely recommend.

Room was very spacious, coupon for a cafe down the street for breakfast, 6 Euro each person. Clean and comfy. The outside world was a little noisy but nothing to do with the hotel. Really enjoyed my stay here! Also a quick walk from the train station which was AMAZING.

We really enjoyed our stay! Room was small but plenty of space for two people for two days. Clean and comfortable. Appreciated the water and toiletries. Breakfast is lovely. We had to leave early one day and they were kind enough to make us up to go boxes. Only a few min walk to the main sights of Florence. Would surely stay again.

Very kind and welcoming staff! A few minutes away from the train station and other attractions - very convenient location. They also gave breakfast vouchers for a cute cafe which had a delicious assortment of pastries and desserts!

I stayed here for three nights last week. Modern, clean, and comfortable. Very close to Florence’s main terminal and all the City’s points of interest. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Florence.

Nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Literally right around the corner from the main train station which was so convenient to walk to/from. Only downside was there was never any staff at the front desk whenever we went to ask for something. Other than that great place and would stay again.

What a pretty little place! I cannot believe how perfect of a stay it was for us in Florence. The owner is a delight- so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and spent time talking to us about Florence and recommending where to go. Outside is a cute little cobbled street. A small supermarket not so far and a few little shops also. The train station is only a 5-10 minute walk and Florence itself not too far either. The decor inside the hotel is so lovely, a lift available and a small courtyard garden to enjoy too. Thank you! We would love to come back!

A really nice bed & breakfast. They don't actually serve breakfast here but give you a voucher for a nice bakery/coffee bar nearby. The rooms are quiet and tastefully furnished, the bathroom excellent, the mattress firm, and the staff friendly. This would have been a good choice at $50 more, but at this price it's a steal. Highly recommended.

This B&B is conveniently located only a 5 minute walk to Santa Maria Novella train station and about 15 mins walk to major sites like the Duomo. The breakfast is out of a nearby cafe and the pastries there are delicious! The room is very modern and clean. There is a fridge and access to drinking water and kitchen downstairs. There was a bit of noise from outside but that is to be expected in a city like Florence. It was a great spot and I'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel last minute. It is located just 1 or 2 blocks from the train station which is very convenient. No one was working at the site when arrived and wanted to drop off our luggage, which was a problem as we couldn't get in to the property. We called the phone number of the hotel and talked with someone who after 20 minutes or so or trying, we finally got him to allow us in by using a code. There was also no one there at check out at 10:00 so we just left our key. The room was big and had a cute view out the window. It was clean, although the trash can in the bathroom had not been emptied from the last guests, so that felt a little unclean. The room did get cleaned the next day, although our towels were not changed, just left on the shower door as we had left them. The location of the hotel, and the size of the room were two great things.
