家庭客房採樓中樓格局，一樓是客廳、二樓有兩間客房，分別是一張雙人床、兩張單人床。離車站近是最大優勢，早餐尚可，飯店有點歷史了，不過大致還算乾淨。

本來入住時櫃檯叔叔態度好好，酒店地點離車站十分鐘內步程很好。但到退房時居然說我未曾付錢，態度頗惡劣。擾攘了差不多二十分鐘才比我們離開，差点累我們搭不到已買票的火車. 事後估计，print-out indicated ”no card is provided by the guest”，那意大利女人看成"no card payment is provided".

The staff were friendly but definitely not a 4 star hotel. Has potential but needs to be updated. The rooms were by far not 4 start rating and although it’s was cool outside, apparently the air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel. We stayed two nights without A/C. Extremely inconvenient considering the amount paid per night.

Dear Guest, At the time of your stay ( from April 24 to April 26 ) the air conditioning was on, but it didn't come into operation as the outside temperature was from 7C to 15 C as anyone can see in the weather history data of Florence, other guests even asked for a heater and complained about the low temperature.Therefore We consider your review completely personal and not shared by the rest of our guests

Excellent location, excellent breakfast and very clean. However, noise from outside, no air conditioner allowed to use, not so good service and smaller room than in the pictures. Also rooftop not as in the photos and no serviice in it for the season. Too pricey for what you get.

An affordable gem in the heart of Florence
It was a great last minute stay - reception was excellent in warmth and friendliness at check-in. Breakfast was great in both service and buffet options - very nice assortment. Our room was small but well appointed and the bathroom was very updated and more than spacious enough. Good closet and storage space as well. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly throughout the stay. Good value for the money!

My favourite part of the room was that it had a porch facing into the courtyard with the swimming pool and the high selling. The stuff were extremely friendly and if was amazingly clean

Croce di Malta is a small, comfortable hotel, located in walking distance to many of the must-see sites of Florence and excellent shopping (boutique, big stores and street markets). Restaurants worth your time are nearby, too. The lobby staff were extremely helpful, and assisted us with guidance and directions (not to mention restaurant reservations). We will stay there again, on our next trip to Florence.

Nada agradável!
Café razoável, box de banho minúsculo (pessoas obesas ou grande não consegue tomar banho confortável, não cabe!), recepção nada cordial ( não ajudam com as malas), quarto família com escada e sem portas, parece que estava dormindo na sala, 0 privacidade! Roupas de cama e banho são boas, travesseiros e colchão bons.Não recomendaria aos amigos. Não sei como um hotel deste pode ter padrão 4 estrelas.

We had a great time at this hotel, the location was perfect the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The roof top bar at sunset was incredible I’d say it had one of the better views than anywhere in the city. The pool was freezing ice cold so be ready for that. After every night of running the AC all night the room stunk terribly which was a downfall but other than that it was a great stay and would recommend.

The property was central - 10 minute walk to Duomo and all the restaurants Florence has to offer. We weren't there for long enough to take advantage of the facilities but there was a pool and roof top bar!

This property was so beautiful and quaint. It was a quick 6 min walk to the main train station and a quick walk to all the main attractions. The staff were so nice and helpful and everything was very clean. We had a cute balcony facing the pool which we loved and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! Definitely recommend staying here

Great location, nice hotel, pool is a bonus, enclosed pool area makes a nice place for breakfast, comfortable bed and excellent shower. We also had a balcony but the star of the stay was the rooftop bar - 360 degree view of the city and wow what a sunset

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, non loin des lieux d'attraction de la ville et de la gare principale. Personnel très accueillant et roof top idéal ! Malheureusement, le prix ne vaut pas l'état vieillissant de l'hôtel et des chambres, la piscine est petite, froide (peu de soleil dessus) et les photos sont assez trompeuses : l'espace autour est tout petit, il n'y a plus qu'un bassin et le vis-à-vis avec les appartements autour est trop présent. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus. Bref, ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles, dommage car le potentiel est là.

Not too far from the station, so perfect if walking with suitcases. Great location & not far from the Duomo & markets. Great restaurants & bars nearby. Room was large but dated. Air conditioning not working but sorted after a call to reception. Pool was refreshing & appreciated especially in Europe’s summer. Very strict about bringing own drinks to the pool area, signs would have been welcomed. Roof top bar had magical views of the city. Breakfast was delicious & lots to choose from. All in all great location & facilities, slightly outdated furnishings in rooms but would recommend!

Fantastic location, quick walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions. Staff are super friendly and helpful, it was great having the free breakfast every morning, and awesome having the pool for the afternoons to cool off. Rooms are a little bit run down, but beds are comfy and everything is super clean. Would definitely stay again.
