The entire stay was phenomenal. The host greeted us, and took such good care of my friend and I. He was beyond kind and helpful. In all my travels, I have never experienced service like this. The suite was even more beautiful in person. All the special touches made the room exceptional! The location cannot be beat either. We will definitely come back and stay. Also, the breakfast was delicious! This place is a must stay in Florence.

Hotel room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the communication was excellent. The location is phenomenal if you want to be close to the Duomo. My impression when I booked was that it was a private terrace but it is actually shared with 2 other rooms with some plants between to mark the space and add a little privacy. Just to know if that was a selling point for you. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful room the ceiling was gorgeous very well decorated and clean . Bed was comfy ! All amenities - robes , slippers , excellent toiletries ! Cannot say enough about the staff - great communication before and during our stay ! Very helpful and kind and arranged taxi service for an early departure and a take away breakfast that was fantastic ! Breakfast is just around the corner at a cafe and we had a great breakfast all 5 days ! Right across from the Duomo ( near entrance to climb to the dome ). Very safe and walkable and right in the middle of it all. Highly recommend !

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were so accommodating and hospitable they made sure we had everything we needed even met us outside the hotel and took our bags to our room. Gave us recommendations about the surrounding area and told us about the history of the building. The murals on the ceiling are so beautiful the rooms are just stunning I will 1000000% re-book this room when I come back to Florence
