This was the first and best place we stayed during our first trip to Italy. Gianna was incredibly helpful, the location was great for going to the main sites in Florence, and everything was very comfortable and welcoming. We'll definitely go back again.

Excellent stay in Florence. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our stay and accommodations at Gianna's B&B were wonderful! Our room was spacious, sparkling clean, very well appointed and felt like home! Breakfast was lovely and fresh! Gianna was so welcoming and attentive and saw to everything we needed and more. We will be back and we highly recommend!

Gianna is a wonderful host who truly makes you feel at home! Excellent breakfast, great location and very spacious room. Walking distance to everything including museums, shops and restaurants. Having the bathroom accessible only via circular stairs is a bit challenging, especially at night, but the charm of this place is unbeatable.

We loved staying at Gianna's for our visit to Florence - it's perfectly located, super clean and very comfortable for our family. Gianna was a delight - super helpful and great tips. And the breakfast... even my picky eater son LOVED the breakfast. Delicious and fresh food. HIGHLY recommend staying there and when we come back to Florence, we will stay there again.
