位置極佳，可惜沒有電梯
這個住宿的地理位置極佳，我們去任何附近著名景點幾乎都是步行。因為是在一棟舊樓裡面的樓上旅館，我們和女兒要提著沈沈的行李箱上下三樓，還是有點吃力的。 旅館老闆英文很好，很熱情介紹附近景點及餐廳。可惜他熱情介紹的早餐餐廳網上評價非常差，我們就沒有去試了。 房間佈置非常溫馨，很有家的感覺，我們超級喜歡。房間內有空調，還是中國海爾牌，讓人真意外，夏天必須有空調才可以安心休息。衛生間看上去是新裝修，還有超熱的熱水淋浴，沖走旅行的疲憊。 由於房間隔音很差，誰開門關門特別是大門都會特別響，房間甚至都震盪一下，不過這些都是小事情，不影響我們的入住。 我們唯一不習慣的就是睡床床墊太軟了，一躺下去就陷進去了，很容易入睡但起床後都腰酸背痛。 整體來說我們還是滿意的。

Easy access to all points. Duomo just around corner, Building has no elevator, If you have 2pcs heavy luggage(20kg) then you will need a strong hand. Beds, room, toilet-shower are reasonably clean, no stains nor ordor.

We spend about 15 minutes walking to the hotel, quite short distance Just few steps you can arrive the Cattedrale dl Santa Maria del fiore Many shops and restaurants beside the hotel Supermarket is face to hotel No elevator will be a trouble for those people who take a big luggage You may need to go up 2-3 floor Included breakfast is very simple Bread, chocolate, tea and coffee that are prepared in the room before you check in The staff suggest us spend some money to enjoy a full breakfast in coffee shop Our room is also included some card games and TV games I think this is good for family and friends. The staff also tell us many about this city We feel so thank you for her And we book a room with a individual bathroom When we check in, she tell us the bathroom is just out of the room She feel so sorry of that she cannot inform us on time because they didn't receive any email about our booking from Expedia She ask us if we want to update our room to a family room (I think) with a discount We feel satisfied for her arrangement

Excellent Location, but no elevator for the hotel
The hotel is located right next to the Duomo, and takes 10 mins walk from the Central Station. The room is comfy and spacious and clean. We check-in late (after 7pm) and we have noticed the staff in advance by email. They have arrange well and leave room keys and memo to us in the reception so we can quickly rest after arrival. However, defects for this location is it could be quite noisy after dark as it is at the central of the tourist areas. There are hawkers selling on the streets. And our room is on 3/f and we need to bring our luggage to walk up 3 level stairs which is very tiring to us after a long day.

No me gusto que mi habitacion estaba en el ultimo piso y no hay elevador , eso fue terrible , y nos negaron el baño despues de haber entragado la habitacion , muy mal!! La ducha es mala demaciado pequeña no se puede bañar agusto te golpeas con la puerta , deven de avisar por que una persona de talla grande no cabe apenas si pudimos nosotros 😅

Buenos días, lamento que no estuvieras cómodo, pero te hemos enviado un correo electrónico de confirmación con la descripción de la habitación, que está en el 3er piso y que no tenemos ascensor, lo cual es muy común en el centro histórico. de ciudades como Florencia, Venecia, Roma, etc.La ducha mide 70 x 90 cm, que es un tamaño medio estándar.Gracias y Saludos

We only stayed here for one night. First, the front desk is not open all day and need to arrive during their normal business hours in order to check in. The do have door codes to allow you to gain access to the room after hours but it was not convenient at all. The major flaw to this place is that the bathroom is detached from room. You have to leave your room to take a shower. We were not happy with that. When we were ready to check out there was no one at the front desk (out of normal business hours), so we had to leave the key at the front desk. We would not recommend this to a couple that are looking for a romantic spot.

Not the fanciest place, but good enough and in a convenient location. Unfortunately I was on the fourth floor and no elevator was available. So getting to my room was always exhausting. In an odd twist, each room had a designated bathroom in the hallway. So it was inconvenient to go through the hallway to shower or relieve myself, but good to know I wasn't sharing facilities with strangers.

El señor de recepción lindísimo y atento. La habitación se encuentra a pie del Duomo. Nosotros éramos 4 y era una especie de mini departamento con 1 habitación con cama queen y closet, afuera 1 baño, 1 mini cocina que no funcionaba la estufa pero podías utilizar los platos y cubiertos, guardar cosas en el refri y otras 2 camas individuales y una mesita con 2 sillas. Afuera restaurantes, tiendas, gelaterías y cerca de la estación del tren. Quedé muy satisfecha, gracias.

두오모 바로 앞이라 밤에도 다니기 안전합니다. 바로 앞에 큰 마트가 있고, 맛집도 빼곡합니다. 모두 친절하시고, 방도 괜찮습니다. 화장실 세면대 물이 잘 안내려가는 것만 조금 불편하고 나머지는 훌륭했습니다.

Perfect place to stay for a trip to Florence. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. You are steps away from the Piazza del Duomo and as you leave the house you are right on the main road where all the action is happening. It is easy to get to it from the train station and plenty of restaurant options are around. We loved it and will stay here again when we return to Florence.

All amenities but mouldy bathroom
Room had all the amenities you wish as a family: fullsize fridge, dryer rack for clothes, plates and cutlery. Unfortunately the bathroom has no windows and a clogged ventilation and thats why the bathroom was mouldy. The beds were comfortable (some hard, some soft). The room had an alarm system (door and movements) and was cleaned daily during our stay. The location of the guesthouse is unbeatable, directly next to the dome and a 5 minutes walk from the train station - but there are a lot of guesthouses who have a similiar location. We would stay there again because we anyway where only there for sleeping - but we would not recommend it for people with severe allergies because of the mould in the bathroom.
