Stayed in the apartment for 2 nights in May 2026 when visiting Florence. The host, Paola, provided us detailed information and instructions about the property and parking spot. The latter was very important for us, since we travelled by car. The apartment is strategically located just inside the Porta San Niccolo with 10 min walk up the hill to the Michelangelo Punto Panoramico or 20 min walk to the historic landmarks on the other side of the Arno River. The apartment was very clean, cozy and well equipped with all appliances. Highly recommend as your base to explore Florence!

An excellent find in a great location

Stayed here for 3 days. It was very clean and cozy. Located in a great area within walking distance to a lot of sites. The host was very easy to reach and we had no issues at all. Will definitely stay here again! 5 stars.

Comfortable lodgings

Overall a good place to stay, not too far a walk from the main attractions. The place was clean and as described in the listing. Only draw back was the weekend noise downstairs as there were a few restaurants below.

Lovely place

We loved our stay here! The apartment comfortably fit our group of 4 and was exactly as listed. It is in a perfect location, far enough from chaotic crowds but still next door to charming restaurants and gelato shops. All of the sites are a beautiful 10-20 min walk away. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Florence!

Great neighborhood

The other side of the Arno is still mostly locals so never packed. There are cafes, restaurants and small shops in the two block area. The access to buses is great as well as access to all the ‘tourist’ spots.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. There were shops and restaurants right outside the door! Very cute, well decorated and good size bedrooms and bathroom. Everything was updated in the condo! The beds were very comfortable and the owner was easy to communicate with as needed! I would definitely recommend this as it is outside the city, but still so close to everything!
