Convenient to centre of Florence

A delightful hotel at a good price close to Florence, but not too close and so enjoys peace and quiet. Excellent staff and breakfast adequate. Comfortable bed. Would stay again.

Hotel Andrea är ett mysigt familjehotell centralt i Florens. Från hotellet når man allting till fots. Sängarna något hårda i vår smak. Vi bokar igen när vi skall till Florens.Fantastiskt trevlig och duktig personal.

We had a fantastic few days in Florence, it’s such an exciting place with lots to see and do. The Andrea Hotel was perfect for our requirements it was clean comfortable and a great price with an excellent location.

Замечательно.

Замечательный отель, гостеприимный персонал, отличная локация, неплохой (скромный но достаточный) завтрак. Отличный вид из окна, на парк на восход. Немного шумновато. Можно по утрам бегать в парке. Очень близко до всех местных достопримечательностей и жд вокзала. Номера очень небольшие, но все есть (не сидеть в отелях приезжают во флоренцию).

Satisfatória.

O hotel tem um bom custo benefício. A limpeza é ok e a localização é bacana. Os atendentes são super simpáticos e o café da manhã é bem simples, mas compatível com o valor cobrado. A única coisa que achamos estranho foi o valor da taxa de estadia da cidade, acima de outros de ficamos na região.

Calm and Quiet

If you just want a place rest after a day or sightseeing, this place very good. It is basic, but very quiet. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is not bad. About a 10 minute walk to the train station.

Equipe Maravilhosa!

Gostei do Hotel, as instalações são muito antigas, mas estão razoavelmente conservadas. O café da manhã é muito bom. A equipe é ótima, todos muito atenciosos, destaque para Lenise a brasileira sempre disposta a ajudar. Boa comodidade, pois fica próxima ao Centro histórico e a estação de trem.

Kleines Hotel mit Empfang im 3. OG

Empfang ist erst nach ein paar Stufen und einem sehr kleinen und altmodischem Aufzug im 3. 0G erreichbar. Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend,der Frühstückstücksraum ist klein. Dafür schmeckt der Cappuccino sehr gut,wird einem gebracht. Ein kl. Kühlschrank ist vorhanden, kann man seine Getränke darin aufbewahren. Alles sieht neurenoviert aus, am besten nicht zu genau hinschauen. Schallgedämpfte Zimmer kann ich leider nicht bestätigen. Konnte wegen der WC-Spülung kam schlafen. Im allg. ist für einen Kurztrip alles gut. Zu Fuss erreicht man ca. 7 min. Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella, in 3 min ist man am Mercato Centrale, in ca. 10 min ist man schon am Dom.

Great view

Loved the view and somewhat quiet location. Great breakfast as well but wish patio wasn't just for smoking. Good internet connection most of the time. Overall we really liked it! Also recommend Divina Osteria for dinner nearby

L'hôtel se trouve 10-15 minutes de la gare SMN et centre-ville dans un quartier calme. Chambre propre et confortable. Bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel est très accueillant et aimable.

Hotel Limpo

O proprietario é uma pessoa muito agradável e atende muito bem. Para ser um hotel de 3 estrelas poderia ser melhor. A Limpeza é perfeita. O quarto que fiquei hospedada e muito pequeno e o Banheiro tambem. O café da manha é modesto. A escada que da acesso aos quartos é muito estreita. Mas como ficava pouco dentro do hotel me atendeu. Como conheço bem a Cidade a Localização é perfeita.

Hôtel très convivial

Chambre spacieuse et propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et variés .un coin fumeur sur un petit balcon est à disposition ainsi qu'un salon avec un bar pour un apéro. Les petits chiens sont acceptés. L'hôtel se situe très proche du centre historique.

BED BUGS. Please check your rooms before sleeping!

We had booked 4 nights (September 28th-October 2nd, 2016) and when we got there the receptionist was very nice and showed us a map with descriptions of everywhere that was very helpful. She then took us to our room (#209). That night as we were getting into bed we noticed a bed bug crawling on the curtains and 3 on the walls next to the bed. We also saw signs of bed bugs under the strip of wall paper. We packed up and told the night receptionist who showed us a plug in bug deterrent for mosquitoes (he also spoke no English so we had trouble communicating). We left the hotel with a note saying we wanted a refund and that we were staying elsewhere. We got a full refund with no hassle after coming back two days later, as we were booked to be out of Florence the entire day. The employee said they inspected the other rooms and found no bed bugs, but they closed the room we stayed in and called the exterminator. Whether or not that is true is unknown. Please inspect your rooms thoroughly!

Awesome hotel and service!

The hotel was located very close to the SMN train station. It was convenient to the bus stop and within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful- they helped us with train tickets, directions, etc. and they let us keep our bags there after check out since we were touring more that day. The room was spacious (we had a triple room) and it had an incredible view of the city. Everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet was nice to have in the morning since Italian breakfast is usually just a cornetto. They have cereal, fruit, yogurt, cheese and meat, cornetti, and more. Overall we were very pleased with our stay at Hotel Andrea and we would come back again to stay there when we visit Florence again.

terrible hotel/bruttissimo hotel, terrible room/piccola stanza, the bath was small like a storage room or wardrobe/il bagno era grande come un armadio (non si stava neppure seduti sul water) !!!! It's crazy/è impossibile pensare che si possa avere una camera in queste condizioni !!!

pensavo di passare un bel fine settimana

Non ci sono insegne, situato al 3 piano ,per le scale abbiamo notato di tutto da stendini vecchi a sedie vecchie. Arrivati ci hanno mandato al piano superiore e ci hanno dato una camera che era occupata, scendi ,racconta cosa hai trovato prendi le chiavi di un'altra camera e torna al piano superiore naturalmente a piedi ascensore rotto. Aperta la camera mi sono trovato in uno sgabuzzino credo 3 metri x2,5 metri ,tra il letto matrimoniale e i muri un passaggio di circa 50 centimetri, buia, con una piccola finestra. Sono sceso ho parlato con l'addetto alla reception il quale mi ha detto " ma lei ha prenotato una camera economi . Forse gli ho risposto, ma comunque quella che lei mi ha dato non è quelle chi si vede in foto su internet. In conclusione ho lasciato l'albergo e sono andato via .
