The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the balcony although street noise was sometimes loud late into the evening. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating! We would stay again.

Clean room and wonderful mix of modern and old styles. Incredible location right in the middle of it all where you can hear the lovely din and yet you can have quiet with the windows closed. Extremely helpful staff who were really wonderful.

The hotel staff were amazing and so friendly. The location was perfect. The rooms were large and gorgeous. The breakfast in the hotel was some of the best food we ate while in Florence. Highly recommend going to the rooftop as well.

Our room was beautiful and chic. Overall the hotel was very quiet and accommodating. The sister hotel where the Meze bar was amazing (Great Service from Bruno and the crew) and the Angel Rooftop restaurant was outstanding. We will definitely be staying there again during our next trip to Florence.

It was centrally located and very clean. The staff was amazing. They even contacted me about a necklace that was left behind in the room and offered to ship it home for me. The staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel.
