Good location where close to main sights in 20 mins walk.Supportive staffs. The views of our rooms just faced to the back yard where only could see some building constructions (air pipes & etc.) around there. Our twin beds room was small and we could not sleep by the noisy air conditioning, however, we had got room change for the next night.

I’m grateful that there were no bugs in the room but the bathroom reeked of sewage, the streets are loud anyway but so was the interior of the building. I don’t know if it was the staff or other guests but it sounded like a lot of people were celebrating something very loudly while we were trying to sleep. On top of that, this hotel advertised free breakfast and then informed us we would be charged for breakfast when we checked in. The employees of this hotel have a different idea of what constitutes hospitality than the other hotels we stayed at in Italy and in western countries generally. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They do the bare minimum and are not at all above lying for profit.

Property was large, safe, clean and liked there was 24 hour attendant but for the price not sure would choose again. Requested the water in shower to be looked at twice as it was very very cold (visited in November) and was never fixed so did not have warm shower entire stay. Also the room safe malfunctioned and when tried to get passports out the night before our morning flight could not. Eventually manager on-site was able to find a key to manually open as the batteries in the safe were dead so could not reset code. Was frustrating at midnight to deal with. Room was pretty big but would be nice to have at least one full length mirror as only mirror in entire room was the one above bathroom sink.

Room was clean however, the ac was not in. I spoke with the manager in the early hours of the evening and told him that the room was warm and to please cool it down. He said he would do that. In the middle of the night, it was so hot that I once again went downstairs to request cooling. However, nobody was at the front desk so it was not a great night. I could’ve opened the windows, but then it was too noisy. So I would give them a once again went downstairs to request cooling. However, nobody was at the front desk so it was not a great night. This was our first trip to Italy, and this was the first hotel we stayed in during our journey. It’s just a short walk from the train station and is close to so many great sites and restaurants. It was easy to navigate the city from here. The room was clean and charming and the breakfast was perfect!

This hotel was nice for the short time we stayed. The rooms were pretty basic but clean. It was right in the center of town so it was a quick walk down the Main Street from the tram/train station. It was also a short distance away from the main tourist area. They offered a nice continental breakfast for $10 a person per day. Definitely suitable for quick breakfast before heading out on an excursion. The staff was very friendly and attentive and wanted to help with anything you may need. Only thing I would say is since the rooms are very basic there aren’t any hooks or shelves in the bathroom to place towels or toiletries, just the little space around the sink and hanging the towel on the shower curtain rod. No pictures or paintings either in the room, which isn’t really that big a deal. All in all a nice, comfortable stay for our 3 night getaway to Florence.

The hotel is located in a safe quiet neighborhood. 15 min walk to the metro.buses stop in front of hotel.ok buffet breakfast. good restaurant inside hotel.there are good small restaurants around the hotel.the only thing i did not like was the staff not very comunicable like good moning ,hey there is going to be a train strike tomorrow. you know things like would benefit the guest.

The room itself was okay if a bit small. However, we had issues with the bathroom. The shower drain didn’t work properly. We alerted the hotel, but nothing was done to correct the situation. The bathroom also emanated a weird sewage smell.
