Breakfast was excellent, AC worked great keeping the room cool for sleeping, great location, walkable to everything, we had ground floor near the entrance rooms, which was very convenient. Don’t let the location near the train station and busy neighbourhood fool you, it was walkable from the train station and to all of the city.

the only drawback was on the ground floor the window overlooking the street was not unlockable There was easily adjustable air-coditioning however this limitation may only refer to ground floor room Everything else was fine . The bed was comfortable The breakfast gave a good choice and free tea or coffeee available anytime

The staff was really helpful and nice with my family!! Also they offer us an early breakfast because we had to left the property earlier than the breakfast time and personally i feel so grateful for them doing that for us!!!!

El personal fue sumamente amable, nos dio un mapa y explicó cómo hacer el recorrido de Florencia. Nos acompañó hasta la habitación. Nos subió las maletas ya que son escaleras pero tienen un control para subirlas. Se quedaron con las maletas mientras nosotros hicimos un tour y regresamos en la tarde para buscarlas. La limpieza A+, es igual o mejor que lo que muestran las fotos, no se escucha nada del exterior. El hotel olía súper rico. Este hotel tiene un 20/10. Ojo los alrededores del lugar no parecen seguros por la gente q está desde la estación del tren hasta llegar al hotel pero yo no tuve ninguna mala experiencia, camine rápido estuve al pendiente de todo. Lo recomendó 100%

Pessima localizacao, voce sente e escuta o trem.O hotel fica basicamente do lado do terminal de chegada e saida dos trems O cofre nao funcionava o ar condicionado nao funcionava, nos mudaram de quarto e o problema era o mesmo.Quando deixamos a janela aberta entraram pernilongos...... Hotel pequeno, mas muito prático e com ótimo custo-benefício. Fica a poucos metros da estação de trem e com fácil acesso a pé para o centro histórico. Os funcionários são muito amáveis e a Adrianna, da recepção, dá ótimas dicas de restaurantes. Eu aluguei um carro e parava facilmente na rua ao lado do hotel, com estacionamento gratuito entre 08:00 e 20:00. Nos demais horários é só usar o parquímetro ou app.
