座落在舊橋附近，到哪裏都非常方便！ 對面雜貨店可補充所有水份，即使只是為了頂樓景色，也非常值得ㄧ住。 我們住的房間在相鄰的另一棟，因此搬行李較為不便；但房間十分寬敞，有兩間淋浴間讓人驚喜，只是沒有吹風機。 整體仍是讓人滿意，希望有機能重溫各種角落驚喜的旅館！

给长辈们订的酒店，虽然带着三星的头衔，质量和价位都近四星，低调而不失丰润，是闹中取静的特色酒店。也推荐给在佛罗伦萨短住的朋友，位置不错，靠近老桥，房间大小适中，塔楼可以360度欣赏老城风景。步行到周边博物馆饭店商铺都很近。

酒店就在老橋旁邊，鬧中取靜。服務非常好！前台的同事總是給我們好的推薦。房間的裝修很復古，個人很喜歡。最贊的酒店的塔樓，可以俯瞰翡冷翠街景噢！

The place was big enough for a family of 5 and very conveniently located. The view from the tower is really outstanding and a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast, prepared by Vivian and her staff was superb. We did not enjoy a breakfast like that in any other of the places we stayed during our visit to Italy.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Easily walkable to main sights and train. Good room size and comfortable beds. Could use a shelf or 2 to unpack clothes. Hotel itself is lovely with sitting areas on every floor. Great breakfast selection. Loved the rooftop bar. Some occasional street noise if we left the window open at night. Staff was very helpful and gave us some great restaurant suggestions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Thank you Torre Guelfa!

Being an old building, it was well appointed, the , room and bathroom were big. Breakfast was in a lovely room and it was very generous and really good. The hotel has a tower with a fantastic view of the city. My only complain, however, the bed was hard and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and hard. Definitely a deterrent to come back in spite of all the other positives.

Perfect location
I like the charm of the hotel , but it wasn’t a very cozy place to stay. The hall ways and breakfast room was cold .The mattress was hard. The breakfast was good , but not great. The concierge could not help us with tourists sites and tickets. He referred me to a street vendor who was difficult to find. However, the location was perfect for the center.

This hotel was an amazing place!!! We found out that this hotel was a palace of a noble family in Florence. it was in a great location and was very walkable to the all the main points of interests in Florence. The person in charge of breakfast, Vivienne was so so so sweet. we were visiting from California during December. The hotel had an amazing breakfast service which featured all types of breads, jams, sweets, and savory snacks. Everyday when we walked in we were greeted in buy Vivienne, she always had a smile on her face and was happy. The tower of the hotel also had spectacular views of the beautiful cathedral and the city plaza. Loved everything about it!!!

Davvero scomodo e complicato. Trovare la stanza era un'impresa. In più, bisognava scendere e salire delle scale. Inoltre, il bagno era comunicante con quello della stanza accanto, con la parete che non arrivava al soffitto! Infine, la colazione era molto modesta. Sicuramente non vale il prezzo pagato.

ウフィツィ美術館やヴェッキオ橋、シニョーリア広場等にも歩いて数分で行けるので便利。しかも、朝食は朝、7時半から素敵なお部屋でのバッフェでお願いすれば、カプチーノも入れてくれて美味しいスイーツまで並ぶ豪華ぶり。それをサッといただいてからもウフィツィ美術館の早朝8時半からの入場に間に合いました。古い、ホテルの塔からの夜の眺めも素敵でした。

Good location. Front desk staff to business like. While I selected this property after research I would research other properties again before selecting this property. There are better and just as competitive options out there. While the breakfast was fine for my wife and I a staff member did advise another customer complained about breakfast.

Kesinlikle harika bir hotel. Konumu Floransa’nın tam merkezinde. Heryere ulaşım çok rahat. Resepsiyon beyler ve kahvaltı alanındaki özellile asya’lı bayan çok iyilerdi. Herkese tavsiye ediyoruz. Absolutely great hotel. The location is right in the center of Florence. Transportation everywhere is very easy. The gentlemen at the reception and especially the Asian lady in the breakfast area were very nice. We recommend it to everyone.

Good location. But…..
Love the location and rooftop bar. We stayed in the apartment which you have to go outside and around the back of the building to get too. It was noisy because the street vendors store their carts near by so they push them through the streets. We only stayed 2 nights and our room was not serviced after the first night. Disappointing for tge price.

Our favorite hotel in all our stops in Italy! Historic building with an incredible tower view, unbeatable location, fantastic service, breakfast is great, tasty cappuccinos, they checked us in early, safely left our bags after check-out, called a taxi that arrived in moments... just loved this place!

Awful hotel with a great location
In fairness i will begin with the good sides of this hotel. The location is really great, and everyone who works there are very nice and helpful and provide good service. I honestly can not understand that this hotel has anything but a terrible ration on this site. When we arrived and opened the door to our very dark room, the smell of old, dusty and dirty textile slapped us in the face. The tv did not work, the fan(!) did not work (how can a fan not work?), the AC could not keep the room at a cool temperature and you need a degree in antique engineering to open a window, and the windows are frosted, so you need to open them to see anything. The bed was hard as a rock. There is no form of sound isolation, so you wake up to a loud bang if someone on the next floor open or close their door. There were extremely few plug sockets, so you have to unplug the (much needed) lights if you want to charge your phone. After about 30 minutes the smell of old dusty and dirty textile was overpowered by a pungent smell of sewage coming out of the shower drain. This smell stayed in the room for the duration of our stay. How anyone can give this hotel 10/10 is beyond belief, it is like we have stayed in different hotels. Never again.

This property is quirky for sure. They have made some unique rooms out of what they have to work with. Ours was a 2 story with a large balcony which we particularly enjoyed. Based on other locations we have stayed at in Europe, this one was more than expected for space and amenities. A very charming hotel for sure!
