Check in was remote, but easy. Room as clean and nice. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only issue was traffic noise as it is by a busy road, but it was quiet during sleeping hours.

This property was nice and clean and has a beautiful common terrace to sit on. It is about 15 min on foot to the Academia and 5 more to the Duomo. About a block to the tram - 3 stops to the Santa Maria Novella train station (where we departed for Venicia). Lucia was wonderful and helped us with our tourist needs. Thank you for a great stay!

There is a tram station nearby, so it's very convenient. The water pressure in the shower was also great. Best of all, there is a delicious jarato restaurant nearby.

The property was ok the only problem was the rooms with balcony are very noisy day and night please don’t book those rooms very very noisy other than that the location is very close to everything 20 o 25 min waking to the train station close the center you have to pay for the breakfast and drinks the breakfast is coffee and croissant no eggs no ham the girl’s atended the bb are nice but on the afternoon nobody is in the front desk she is there only when she has a new guest coming for check in o for check on and another thing we have a mosquito during the 3 days we stay terrible

I'm sorry if you found the room noisy but that's your opinion as you are the first to complain about this. in your room there was a mosquito device available, if you had used it you would have had no problem, but you didn't use it (I don't know why) and you could by the way could you communicate it while you were staying, we would have told you recommended to use it. Angelica is a very kind and welcoming host. We thought the B&B was lovely and our room was quite comfortable. It is a busy area with lots of traffic and not the most soundproofed building, but that is our only negative takeaway. The terrace on the property is a nice spot to enjoy breakfast and Angelica offers either a savoury or sweet breakfast options at an additional cost. Highly recommend this location to others looking to stay in Florence in a safe and walkable neighbourhood.

We had a great stay at Il Sorriso - lovely room, really bright and clean. Having a terrace was amazing, we really enjoyed sitting out and enjoying the sun. Angelica was really accommodating and the checkin was easy and smooth. It was around a 15 minute walk into the centre of Florence, a lovely quieter spot away from the main tourist areas. Highly recommend for a trip to Florence!
