Overall good

The owner actively asked me my arrival time to prepare for check in which is good.The place is not too far from rail station or city centre. Room and bathroom are clean. Map and a roll of toilet paper were prepared when I arrived. Overall good.

Obsoleto

Struttura vecchia e trascurata. Poco invitante a partire dall"ingresso sulla strada che già si presenta particolarmente "profumato". Sicuramente diverso da come appare su internet

We were surprised that the bathroom was shared with another room. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The place shouldn't be categorized as a hotel as it's not a hotel but an apartment. Other than the fact that the bathroom was shared, the price/quality ratio is very good.

Ê vero che ero lí per una sistazione low coasy, ma non pensavo di avere tutti questi problemi! Cigliegina sulla torta, la chiave rotta nella serratura e l'impossibilitá a chiudere la serratura dall'interno con la choave di riserva... Personale del posto e componente umana invece di qualitá!

TERRIBLE PLACE STAY AWAY

I arrive at 2pm as per my email to them and called the manager who said she would come, 2 hours later I am still waiting outside and unable to contact manager again. Someone from another B&B let me into building and I went up to the 5th floor, only person there was a student with very little English. She tried to contact manager and after an hour received a text to say give me a room, the student then left. The place was filthy see pic,s. The manager turned up after another hour and asked for money, which I showed I had already paid. Then left without checking me in just a Ciao?. This place is a internationional student accomodation irs not a guest house and it's not a b&b. Rooms are terrible, beds have springs in your back and pillows lumpy, it's says housekeeping? Never did I see another person for 3 days. I have to go buy my own toilet paper. Shared kitchen? Check out the pics when I arrived, not once did I use it, it only got worse over the 3 days as the students don't clean up after themselves. Garbage just piled up. I have stayed in some pretty dodgy accomodation over my years of travel but this has the be the worst. DO NOT STAY HERE. ITS SERIOUSLY TERRIBLE.
