Excellent B&B

Lovely room and nice hosts. The room is beautiful and clean with a lovely terrace outside. Perfect location in walking distance from Ponte Vecchio, yet really quiet neighbourhood. I will definitely choose this B&B for my next stay in Firenze!

The room was big and comfortable. The host were lovely and very nice to explain the general area and what buses to take to get around. The bathroom was excellent and air conditioner was awesome since it was over a 100 in Florence. Would totally stay again. Parking garage down the street also excellent and reasonable and Secured!!!

Excellent choice

La Terrazza du Boboli We enjoyed our stay at La Terrazza. The house certainly has unique character. The rooms are spacious, the house is very conveniently situated at porta romana , at walking distance from all the spots where one wants to go in Firenze. There are bus stops right by the front door for buses running regularly to the city Center, train and bus stations should one not want to walk, and perhaps one the best pizzaria ever , Just across the road. The hosts, Luigi and Barbara are two lovely people who are attentive, accommodating and friendly and very helpful, they made is feel at home; gave us tips, information and recommendation about very good restaurants nearby, events and places to visit. Without mentioning the good breakfast coffee . Breakfast was also very good. We went to Siena for two days and returned to La Terrazza - they graciously offered to store our luggage in the house while we were away. The Firenze- Siena-Firenze bus conveniently stops right in front of the property. We certainly recommend staying at this house to visitors to Firenze. We thank Barbara and Luigi for making our first experience in Firenze a memorable one. If we were to make one suggestion - Just a small one - to improve anything, it would be to have one or more TV stations in English. There is one news station in French, and many .... in Italian. Other than that , La Terrazza du Boboli is a excellent choice to stay in Florence.

La Terrazza su Boboli was a wonderful place to stay. The location is a bit out of the hustle and bustle, but was still close enough to easily access anything in Florence. The proprietors were very gracious and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The room was comfortable with access to the very nice terrace for some fresh air.

Lovely b n b close to quiet entrance to boboli gardens and Pitti Palace (avoid the main entrance queue!) Luigi and Barbara are very friendly and helpful hosts. The property is beautiful, and relaxing. Quiet despite the busy road; effective double glazing. Nice breakfast. Easy walk to good restaurants, and bridges

Wunderschön - leckeres Frühstück - Parkmöglichkeit

Wunderbares B&B in Florenz. Im ersten Stock eines alten, schönen Hauses. Terrasse in den Hinterhof, wo bei schönem Wetter gefrühstückt werden kann. Einige Zimmer mit Balkon. Vorne raus viel Verkehr, doch bei geschlossenem Fenster stört der nicht. Hohe Räume, viel Kunst an den Wänden und überhaupt. Tolles Ambiente und sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Luigi und Barbara sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich, haben viele Restauranttipps und helfen auch bei der Gestaltung des Tagesprogramms - sie kennen sich wirklich aus in ihrer Stadt. Die "Geheimtipps" waren Volltreffer! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist. Etwa in 100 m Entfernung zum B&B ist die Tiefgarage "La Perla". Dort hat uns Luigi einen Parkplatz vorreserviert und als wir ankamen, hat uns die Signora eingewiesen. Der Parkplatz kostet 15 bis 18 Euro pro Tag (je nach Grösse des Autos) und muss direkt vor Ort im Voraus bezahlt werden. Man bekommt dann den Schlüssel zur Garage und ist unabhängig. Hat super geklappt und war für mich ein Plus, das B&B La Terrazza su Boboli zu wählen. Es waren wundervolle Tage in Florenz und besonders auch bei unseren Gastgebern Filippo und Barbara. Wir komme wieder!

Great service in a family run B&B

The B&B is located a little off the beaten path. It will take you 15 mins to walk towards central Florence. It's well connected with multiple bus stops around. The service and breakfast at the terrace was great and we felt very welcome. The rooms are spacious and well appointed as is the whole B&B. Wifi was working (although not very fast).

The room was huge! The hosts were fantastic! The place had a great vibe and was instantly accessible to all the sites and the city. Highly recommended.

posto tranquillo con padroni simpaticissimi

Luigi e' stato molto gentile, e quando non c'era la disponibilita' per un'altra notte, mi ha permesso di usare il suo computer personale, e ha anche telefonato ad altri b & b che conosceva personalmente, per trovarci alloggio. In piu', la mattina ci mette la musica piu' bella mentre si fa colazione. Barbara ci ha accolti, e ci ha fatto sentire "a casa", e tutti e due hanno fatto un sacco di cose per rendere piu' comodo e felice il nostro soggiorno. Devo aggiungere che avevamo una stanza con una bellissima terrazza e che la camera era tranquilla, e che la colazione era abbondante, sana, fresca e gustosa. Ci torneremo volentieri!
