Welcome to this enchanting apartment located in via Laura, in the beating heart of the historic center of Florence, between the magnificent Duomo and the renowned Piazza Santa Croce. This modern jewel will welcome you with its warmth and impeccable style.
The apartment, tastefully furnished, offers a bright and comfortable space for your stay. The open-plan living room and kitchen create a convivial atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and socializing. The two bedrooms, one double and one single, guarantee privacy and comfort, while the two bathrooms add practicality to meet the needs of all guests.
With the capacity to accommodate up to 5 people, with a double bed, a single bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, this apartment is perfectly suited to traveling families or groups of friends.
Please note that access to the apartment is via a steep internal staircase, original and typical of Florence, made of pietra serena, a historical element characteristic of buildings in the historic center.

The actual apartment is perfect. Much bigger than I had expected and honestly didn’t realize it had two bathrooms! Large bedroom for two additional single bedroom and couch for one. Plenty of space for a family of 4 or friends. I’ve rated it 5 stars but the one downfall is the very steep and sloping steps. It’s on the 3rd floor. I’m a fit 56 year old and my kids 20 and 22, we were all struggling a bit to get up and down especially with luggage. The concierge did not help my daughters with luggage and just walked behind them. The street is quiet and not far from the Duomo, maybe a 10-15 minute walk. I’d totally recommend it, but just be advised of the steep stairs.
