Little penthouse with amazing view over the historical center.

The small attic offers an enchanting 180 ° view over the historic center of Florence. It is located a few minutes from Santa Maria Novella station, and is well connected to the airport and public transport in the city, and is located in a lively neighborhood with many shops and restaurants.

The house is a unique space consisting of:
- the living / sleeping area where the super king size double bed (200x200cm) and the double sofa bed are located;
- the kitchen area, equipped with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, various utensils;
- the comfortable bathroom with shower, as well as of course the sink, toilet and bidet.

From the large sunny windows you can see the Duomo, the Medici Chapels, the Palazzo Vecchio, and also San Miniato and Piazzale Michelangelo, practically the entire historic center.

Finally, the large terrace completes the property: a 50 m² space where you can relax, have meals or drink a good glass of wine, admiring the spectacular 180 ° view of its center of Florence and its millenary beauty .

NB. Our guests have full exclusive access to the house.
It is also possible to agree for a SELF CHECK-IN, otherwise check-in is normally from 14 to 19, according to agreements to be made in advance on the day of arrival. Since it is not a professional activity (there is no reception), guests are kindly asked to communicate their arrival time as accurately as possible and, in case of delay, to communicate it as soon as possible.
Check-out is before 10am.
Check-ins after normal hours have an additional cost of 20 € (from 19 to 24).
THE TOURIST TAX of € 5,50 per person per day is TO BE PAID at check-in or to leave at check-out.

The price includes: bed linen, towels (courtesy kit), soaps and single-dose shower-shampoo, as well as a welcome kit (water, fruit juices and biscuits). Special requests are accepted (like a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates or a bouquet of flowers).
