近景點區，很熱鬧，很多食店，對面有小超市。晚上有點吵，樓下有酒吧，房間的燈接觸不良，洗手間很大，可是洗澡地方很小

La zona è otiima, punto. Cioè voglio dire, a parte questo tutto il resto è opinabile, per una notte va anche bene, per più notti meglio cercare ancora. Il bagno per esempio (interno in questo caso, ma questa struttura ha anche bagni esterni) è un po raffazzonato su, doccia con tenda che trovo un po scomoda, lavandino micro ricavato in un angolo e che sta anche per staccarsi dal muro(!), water che ogni tanto fa un rumore strano, il resto della camera invece va anche bene, il clima funziona (per fortuna perchè ieri c'era un caldo torrido) ed infine c'è anche un piccolo frigo comodo per tenere al fresco ciò che si vuole (vicino c'è anche un supermercato...). Piccola menzione per la struttura, naturalmente si tratta di un palazzo molto vecchio del centro storico e purtroppo l'ascensore va a colpi (proprio così) e quando non funziona bisogna farsi tre piani di scale a piedi, vedete voi

Difficult to find because the map location is not correct. I spent over 45 minutes searching for the location. I had to look at the exterior photo to find the building. Lucky operator was there to check me in when I arrived as I missed these are rooms available off one corridor on the third floor of a building and not managed. Most frustrating was the bathroom. The shower stall walls were removed and replaced with a curtain. The 2x2 stall is too small because as soon as water is turned on a vacuum is created and the curtain sucks in toward you. The shared bath with a shower with walls was not accessible with my card access key. — It is conveniently located and easy to get around once you know where to go. The woman cleaning was nice and did a good job.

袖看板など一切ないので住所を頼りに探しました。一階店舗にて確認してもホテルという認識はありません。セキュリティコードで解錠してくれたが今度はホテルのドアにもセキュリティコードがあり入れませんでした。場所は良いけど民泊のようだし、シャワーは部屋の外。タオル交換も依頼しないとダメです。駅や中央市場にも近いのは便利

教会の入り口と同じ広場に、建物入り口があるという素晴らしい立地です。逆に良すぎるために、外に看板が出せそうにないのが難点です。

Locanda San Lorenzo
Perfecta ubicación en el centro, justo en la iglesia de San Lorenzo. Habitaciones reformadas, cómodas y en mi caso con baño. A pesar de no tener desayuno hay cafeterías nada más salir a la calle. El Duomo está a unos 200m. Todo queda muy cerca y uno se maravilla en cada esquina que gira.

Quando abbiamo prenotato alla Locando di S.Lorenzo, ovvero 2 mesi prima dell'arrivo a Firenze, nella prenotazione risultava una camera con BAGNO PRIVATO INTERNO. Arrivate li non era proprio cosi, le camere sono per la maggior parte con bagno esterno alle camere, forse una con bagno interno. Abbiamo spiegato al dipendenze la situazione ma non ne voleva sentire, noi dovevamo tenerci per forza quella camera. Allora abbiamo lasciato perdere. Ha voluto subito i soldi del soggiorno, senza ancora aver usufruito di servizi, quindi abbiamo pagato subito la somma, dopo viene a bussarci la porta e ci chiede altri 30 euro in più per le tasse non incluse, ma la prenotazione includeva tutte le tasse. Diciamo che stava già iniziando a "fregarci". Non finisce qui, la notte rientrate dopo un lungo giro, la mia amica entra in bagno a farsi la doccia, indovinate? L'acqua non scendeva dal rubinetto, sembrava fatto tutto a posta. L'indomani mattina lo abbiamo chiamato e allora ha risolto il problema. Giorno successivo ancora la pulizia alla camera non era stata fatta ed erano le 6 di pomeriggio ed io essendo allergica alla polvere non posso vivere in un ambiente che non viene pulito giornalmente, ma a prescindere da ciò, la pulizia prima di TUTTO! Siamo andate via da li prima del previsto abbiamo fatto solo tre tre notti su cinque, non ce la facevamo più. VE LO SCONSIGLIO, ASSOLUTAMENTE

Excellent room, great location!
Close to the Duomo, museums, & palazzo. Literally on Piazza San Lorenzo. Room was comfortable & AC was working great. Looks like recently renovated and not quite completed; shower & sink fixtures were still loose, but plenty of hot water. Otherwise, very clean and good.

Great location and clean room
Hotel is right in the city Center and walking distance to everything. Everything in room was clean and fresh. Only thing that could have been better was the bathroom; tiny sink and shower with hardly any pressure at all.

No es un hotel. No hay recepción, no te limpian el cuarto. La entrada y el ascensor muy feos. El cuarto nuestro amplio y limpio. El de nuestros amigos muy chico, con la tele mal no ubico, la puerta del baño parchada. Tuve problemas con la llave y el dueño, por mail, me lo soluciono rápidamente.

산 로렌초 성당 정말 바로 옆 건물
위치가 정말 좋았다 두오모에서도 가깝고 산 로렌초 성당에 붙어있는 건물에 있음 제법 널찍한 엘리베이터가 있어 짐 옮기기도 좋고 창문을 열면 산 로렌초 성당 광장에서 연주되는 음악 소리 성당 종소리를 들을 수 있는데 무료 콘서트로 느껴질만큼 로맨틱한 분위기다 중국인이 운영하는 시설인 것 같은데 이탈리아 숙박시설 화장실에서 면봉과 화장솜을 본 건 처음이었다 최근에 새로 리노베이션 한 듯 깨끗한 실내 엄청 깨끗한 화장실이 맘에 들었음 침구가 관리가 잘 안 되고 있는 것 같은 점이 조금 아쉬운 포인트 손쉬운 셀프 체크인 찾기 쉬운 위치 저렴한 숙박비 만족스러운 스테이

La mia camera aveva una bella vista sulla piazza ma dalle 5 di mattina non si riesce più a dormire a causa del rumore degli ambulanti che accedono al mercato dovuto anche dalle finestre che sono molto vecchie. Letto rotto a causa delle doghe in legno

Camera abbastanza confortevole, direttamente in piazza San Lorenzo, posizione eccellente!!!! Molto rumorosa però la sera, fino alle 2 di notte, e la mattina per carico scarico merci, dalle 6:30.. quindi se avete il sonno leggero non è consigliata!! Per essere un afffittacamere e non un hotel è abbastanza ben organizzata. Unica pecca: entrambi gli asciugamani sporchi.

Personale gentilissimo, ci hanno anche tenuto il bagaglio in hotel per un'intera giornata nonostante il nostro soggiorno fose finito. Posizione perfetta, a 10 minuti da ogni luogo d'interesse a Firenze. Unica pecca, niente bidet.

Die Lage ist super. Wer eine einfache Schlafgelegenheit sucht, ist hier richtig. Es gibt Zimmer mit und ohne Bad Die Sauberkeit war ok. Die Zimmer einfach und mit "Gebrauchsspuren". Somit das Fazit. Gute Lage und zum Schlafen für ein Wochenende ok. Was störend war, war nicht der Platz darunter, sondern dass es die ganze Nacht durch Geräusche gab, die sich wie eine Klingel angehört haben. Was es war und woher es kam, ist unbekannt. Ohrenstöpsel sind Pflicht, wer einigermaßen schlafen möchte.

Big disappointment
Unfortunately this place was a huge disappointment. We expected simple accommodation but not a hostel type arrangement. You could hear people coming and going and moving about in the corridor. The plumbing is so old and dodgy that noises can be heard for about 5 minutes after running the tap or flushing the toilet. The decor was far from desirable. All in all we couldn't bear to stay a second night so we ended up checking in to another hotel the next day. Only plus is the location.

You get what you pay for. We had to wait 10 min. for the receptionist to come when we arrived. its a simple room, there are no toiletries and the room is not cleaned for the complete stay. Is well located but that is probably the on;y good thing about it.

La estadía fue muy buena. El dueño del hotel fue muy atento con nosotros, pero después no fue fácil encontrarlo y resolvimos por medio de emails una situación. La habitación era muy linda y grande. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Lo único incómodo fue que el baño estaba fuera de la habitación, y si bien teníamos una llave y sólo lo utilizabamos nosotros era incómodo tener que estar entrando y saliendo de la habitación. La seguridad del lugar era muy buena.

Good location, not a hotel, is a B&B.
Iimin, the owner was responsive, although, he is not there always. It was an B&B actually without a breakfast rather than a hotel. The location is good and easy to find. Busy area and therefore noisy even with windows closed, until early morning.

El hotel es una pequeña pensión, para desayunar hay que ir al bar que está a mitad de cuadra (está incluido en el precio ). Limpio está, todo es muy simple, pero en orden. El lugar es fantástico, en el centro del casco antiguo de Florencia, mejor imposible, de verdad.

The so called “hotel” name is “San Lorenzo Number 7“ and I wrote hotel in quotation marks on purpose since this hotel really not deserve in not under any circumstances to be called a hotel. We were horrified when we got there. First, to find this hotel isn’t possible since he doesn’t have any sign on it, just a small sticker on the doorbell. The building has a horrible smell, the elevator didn’t worked and we had to carry our luggage to the 3th floor by our self. When we enter the hotel, we realized that it’s absolutely not a hotel, just a 3 or 4 rooms attached together with a bathroom in the end. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, it was dirty, the bed wasn’t organized, there were trash in the trash cans, the linens was not organized and the toilet were disgusting. In addition, the room In general was obsoletely inappropriate for hosting. The doors were broken, there were no curtains on the window (the curtain pole was broken) and also the blinds, It was impossible to close them during the night. There were ants on the floor and on the bed, the walls were covered with dirt and mosquitos bodies, there weren’t soaps to shower with (we had to buy it by our own), there was mold on the walls. If that’s not enough, during the night there was a noise of some kind of an alarm from the reception that prevented us from sleep.
