The driveway has plenty of space for trailers so bring the boat and launch just down the road at Lake Emily Park and Campground. The water is clear with an almost zero grade entry into grassy/ sandy water. Perfect for the kids to wade and swim.
Navigate 500 feet Northeast on County Road D, where the Florence County ATV/ Snowmobile Trails. The Florence County Blue Ox Trail Riders (Snowmobile Club) manage the trails in this area. We recommend joining their FB page or finding the map online to plan ahead! Eighty percent of Florence County is forested with miles of scenic trails to hike, bike, ATV, horseback ride, cross country ski, downhill ski, snowshoe and snowmobile. Water is approximately 2.5 feet deep at end of dock and is sandy Loam (sand/clay mixture) with some weeds
Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.
