It was a great fing in Florence just couple of minutes on Major attractions 1 block from ponche de vecchio. Very convenient. Plus it has an elevator. Look at the window you can see the Arno river. I will recommend

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Posizione eccellente, situato a brevissima distanza da Ponte Vecchio, ideale per visitare il centro storico a piedi.
Nonostante il potenziale della struttura, il comfort è stato compromesso da diverse mancanze:
- Materasso poco ergonomico e cuscini eccessivamente sottili
- Illuminazione difettosa in bagno (faretto intermittente) e scarsa cura delle finiture, con viti sporgenti dalle pareti dovute alla rimozione di vecchi accessori.
- Assenza di set di cortesia (sapone e shampoo, parzialmente ottenuti dopo averli chiesti), tende con macchie visibili e biancheria da letto usurata (presenza di un foro di pochi centimetri).
A causa della struttura dell'edificio e della zona centrale, consiglio di dotarsi di tappi per le orecchie per attenuare i rumori stradali e di una mascherina per gli occhi, data la luce che filtra dal corridoio nelle ore notturne.
La colazione è disponibile presso un bar a pochi passi (ma con recensioni pessime) ed uno un piazza del Duomo, senza infamia e senza lode.
Consapevole che si tratti di una struttura economica (per gli standard di Firenze), consiglierei ai gestori di rinunciare ai dettagli frivoli come il prosecco di benvenuto (a temperatura ambiente) ed investire in ciò che migliora davvero la qualità del soggiorno: un bagno ben fornito ed un sonno riposante.

Achei o local super bem localizado e fui a pé para todos os lugares que quis! Queria ter alugado uma bike mas não aprendi a tempo! Tudo limpo e com armário, cofre, cabides poderiam ter mais ! Chuveiro bom! Seca roupa excelente ! Poderia ter um secador de cabelos power pra nós mulheres mas tem até uma chaleira elétrica para um chá quentinho no fim do dia! Ou um café soluvel ! Eu amei !!! Diego super solicito !!! Indicou lugares! E o café da manhã é em um restaurante com vista para o Duomo! Super charmoso! Eu amei !!!!
