Spotless bathroom- absolutely immaculate, no idea how it was so smear free. Beautiful old characterful property. Think our room was the best to be fair. Would def return, loved the area and everything about it. Wonderful bar downstairs for breakfast.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the location is quite far from the main historical attractions, and the bus schedule was not reliable at all. Getting to central Florence by bus and train takes around 30 minutes, which can be inconvenient if you plan to explore the city frequently.

We stayed for 2 nights visiting Florence. Lovely hotel, delux king room was very large with beautiful modern ensuite bathroom. Tea/coffee facilities and large wardrobe in separate dressing room. Nice and quiet hotel in quiet area which was restful after busy days sight seeing. Quite a walk to the tram stop 15 mins but there are buses too. One small recommendation would be have soft music on in the breakfast room as it was too quiet to talk in there openly but besides this very minor point loved our stay.

Hotel staff is friendly and very accommodating. The room itself was spacious but somewhat dark in lighting particularly in the bathroom and the bed stiff and pillows not very comfortable. The location is quite far from city center and maybe 50 min walk. However, if you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay and are ok taking bus or taxi then this can work for you. One last thing, breakfast was just so so.

What a beautiful hotel this was. I stayed with my daughter in our first visit to Florence and the room was just as pictured in the photos we’d seen online. The bathroom had a pleasant surprise as we got to experience the bidet- so refreshing. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Our flight got pushed back by a day and they allowed us to extend our room with just a very small charge. They also helped daily with Taxi and was super friendly. Would definitely recommend this property!

It was a great experience! I love the room and the back yard! The breakfast was great. Debora was an artistic chef! Eggs were perfect, everything was fresh and was the best of market and extremely delicious. Highly recommended
