Good location

Good location. Perfect for 4 people. Just not so easy with no elevator if you have lots of luggage.

First of all, the place was so tiny and it wasn’t even close to what it showed in the pictures. We were supposed to get a panoramic one bedroom suit and it was a studio with a bed. No views at all. The place was dirty and not ready by the time of check in. I have a broke leg and had to rest. The check in time was at 2pm. The cleaning staff got there to clean at 2:30pm. I checked in at 3:40pm. The person in charged promise to refund the cleaning fee and he never did. He blamed Expedia for the wrong pictures and refused to give us an upgrade. We had to pay the difference to get the place from the pictures. Very bad service.

Schöne Suite, mitten in der Altstadt gelegen, hübsch eingerichtet und alle wichtigsten Geräte und Gegenstände vorhanden, um sich selbst zu versorgen und zu kochen. — Reibungslose Organisation ohne jeglichen persönlichen Kontakt (außer E-Mails) vor, während des Aufenthalts oder danach. Ideal, um dem Trubel der Stadt zu entfliehen und entspannte Stunden über den Dächern von Florenz zu genießen.

Lots of stairs

The view from our room was amazing. Downside there are 100 stairs and no elevator. Plus you have to go down a nice staircase in the middle of the night to access the bedroom. Location was great!

Giotto was an excellent apartment. Best suited to a couple or maybe two couples (good friends). Super facilities, fantastic location, wonderful views from apartment. We will stay again.

Location is great and it’s a great value for what your paying. However, it’s on the fourth floor and not elevator so it’s not great if you have heavy luggage. It’s also not very convenient that you have to go pick up the keys at a different location. We did not know that until we arrived. The room was smaller than the pictures shown. Great location and value for what you pay but it’s important to keep in mind the convenience.
