Apartamento renovado. Muito confortável e acolhedor. A varanda é absolutamente maravilhosa: tradicional e muito agradável para estar a contemplar. Na rua tem imenso comércio. Restaurantes, supermercados, lavandaria, tudo ao virar da esquina. Tem uma pizzaria ao lado do edifício! Muito perto da estação ferroviária SMN, da catedral e da maioria das atrações turísticas mais conhecidas. Ótima comunicação com anfitrião. Pontos menos positivos: o edifício é antigo. A entrada e as escadas de acesso ao apartamento mereciam ser renovadas. A primeira impressão é que se trata de uma rua insegura à noite mas sempre estávamos em casa depois das 22 h e não tivemos nenhum problema.
