Family in Florence

Great location and roomy apartment. Six of us and we all had a great stay. Upper deck was fun at night. Hot weather kept us off during the day. Enjoyed it being a little quieter and really enjoyed the area on our side of the river.

Relaxing City Retreat

This was a perfect location to stay in Florence. Walking distance to so many of the top attractions, while being on the more local side of the Arno, we loved staying at this property. The patio is hands down the best part of this property with 360 views of Florence and a great place to enjoy espresso in the morning, or wine in the evenings! Beds were comfortable and the apartment has AC which is a bonus. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful- hardest part was finding it and parking but once we were there we walked everywhere and enjoyed our 4 night stay!

A sanctuary in a busy city

Our family really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for six adults and two children. After a busy day of sight seeing it was great to come back to the apartment and relax on the patio!

A Great Week in Tuscany

Four women traveling for a birthday had a wonderful time at this property. The location and amenities were great and Stefano, the doorman, was a lot of fun and very helpul. Would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Florence!

Awesome location with beautiful private terrace

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maria was great, we met her early to drop off our bags and she also arranged for early morning transport to the airport. The place was clean, well equipped and comfortable. They even provided slippers and robes for us. The washer dryer worked well. Everything was within easy walking distance. The doorman was great although we missed him when he went on vacation. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Views

Beautiful views from the property. Outside terrace is very pretty and perfect for hanging out with other guests. Roberto the doorman was very helpful, and Maria was accommodating with check-in. Loved our stay in Florence!

Wonderful apartment

Beautiful Apartment and Terrace

This apartment, right on the Arno River, is gorgeous and spacious. The private terrace is huge and provided a wonderful environment to relax. The property manager, Maria, was very sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

8 of us stayed in this beautiful apartment. Great location, clean, plenty of space and the private deck is amazing. The door man, Stefan, was so fun and very helpful with taxi’s, maps and recommendations. We loved it!

Wonderful apartment

Clean, large rooms, equipped with everything you need to get started on your stay. Wonderful location with a wine window around the corner. The beds were very comfy and the air conditioning really good during the 100 degree heat. Maria was very helpful with everything and we would certainly stay again.

Summer hideaway

This large apartment was a great place to stay during a hot week in August. It was quiet and the AC was amazing. The terrace was lovely to sit on at night. While not in the heart of the tourist action, the apartment is close to a grocery store and many cute shops. Minor caveat - the beds are quite hard.

Perfect Location/Perfect Home

We stayed here with family to celebrate our sons wedding. The home was perfect. We come to Florence often (3-4 time/year) and have stayed in many places-this one is special. I am also in the luxury travel business-so, can say from Experience this is a winner!! Bravo!

Perfect Apartment for Family

This apartment was the perfect rental for our family of seven. It was on the quiet side of the river, but very close to everything. The apartment was not only beautiful, but quiet and spotless! The check in/out process was very easy and we adored Stefano, our concierge. Stefano was kind, funny and full of helpful information. We felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location and great property

This was a great apartment with a wonderful outdoor space for morning coffee and evening cocktail. The weather was chilly but we took advantage of the deck anyway. Check in as seamless and the host was attentive and responsive. The place was large and the beds were so comfortable. The location is perfect. Right on the other (cooler) side of the Arno. We walked everywhere. Washer and dryer were helpful the bath a luxury. I can’t say more. So wonderful.

The perfect property in Florence

We absolutely loved this flat and would not have changed a thing. The check-in process with Maria was personal and seamless and the welcome gift of wine and pasta was so thoughtful. Stefano the doorman was so warm and was great with our kids. We loved having our morning espresso on the terrace each morning and walking outside to be right on the Arno River. The best gelato we had in Italy was right down the street. We were incredibly comfortable and give this property 5 stars!

Beautiful and comfortable

We enjoyed this apartment immensely. Beautiful space with well appointed bathrooms and comfortable beds. It rained almost our entire stay m but we did get some sun to enjoy the incredible outdoor space. Maria made arrival so simple and Stefano (doorman) was delightful—gracious and so willing to help. He gave us a terrific lunch recommendation on our first day. Oltrarno has such a great neighborhood feel and so close to all the historic sites—didn’t need a cab at all! We can’t wait to return.

Best stay in Italy

We had only three nights at this fabulous rental, and would loved to have had more. The location is outstanding, the apartment and deck are as beautiful as the photographs suggest. The owners were fantastic to deal with and were generous in in allowing us to leave our bags in the apartment for several hours while they cleaned for the next renter. Stefano the doorman was charming and helpful. An elevator was available to take us and our bags to the fourth floor. I would happily stay here again and would recommend this rental to anyone.

Gorgeous Apartment!

This apartment is lovely and provides plenty of room. We were very comfortable with a group of 8 people. The patio is a nice way to relax after a day of walking around the city. Communication with the owner is easy and efficient and Stefan, the doorman, was very helpful and funny. This is a great location, central to so many fun neighborhoods. Apartment is very clean and includes air conditioning and laundry machines which were much needed at this point in our trip! Maria, who greeted us on arrival and departure was wonderful. I would highly recommend this apartment!
