Great location for all the main sites Breakfast was amazing the best I have had of many hotel stays The room was basic but clean Shower hot and bathroom a good size The property is next to a main square and it was a little noisy at night after 10pm The main double bed was comfortable The sofa bed is upstairs in a mezzanine floor it is suitable for a small child but I would had preferred the child's bed in view The reception staff were polite and sorted out any issues quickly

Very clean room with daily towel/room refreshes. Complementary waters. Best of all, central location that is walking distance from the Duomo and other destinations! The double-edged sword of the central location is that there is a lot of city noise, but that is not the property’s fault. Would highly recommend!

B&B Reubblica was the perfect place to stay. The room was large and very comfortable for us and our young adult children. It had the perfect location and the breakfast was the best we’ve had. Laura that runs the breakfast was amazing and very good at her job. The breakfast area is on the 7th floor of the main hotel building and becomes a very nice bar in the evening. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

GREAT location, and nice rooms. The rooms have been updated, but not the bathrooms. The bathrooms are old and smell quite mouldy. I'd stay here again and hope that they can renovate their bathrooms to match the location and quality of the rest of the room.

Location of this property was perfect. We found being able to walk to all the hotspots really handy. Perfect place for our 3 days in Florence. The only downside to this place was the inconsistent wifi and the reception in the room not being strong. This was really minor for us as the place itself was excellent.

The room was clean, the staff were wonderful, and breakfast was great. It was a little warm during our stay and the AC had a hard time keeping up, especially for our daughter in the loft. The location was also great, in the heart of everything you want to see in Florence. The balcony was a nice little bonus.

We had a wonderful stay in the Repubblica B&B, staying in the deluxe two-room appartment. The beds, including the sofa bed, were so comfortable, the air con was brilliant in the heatwave and the breakfast in the nearby sister hotel was great. It does get noisy in the evenings as it's overlooking one of the main piazzas so but this did quieten down around 11. The appartment was very clean.

Great location but check-in at a different location about a block away and drag your luggage along rough sidewalk. Our A/C didn’t work well and we really needed it after a day in the heat/humidity even though it was October. I had asked for two twin beds and got a queen that we made work. The TV remote batteries were also dead or the remote just didn’t work. We did get it on once.
