地理位置非常好出门就能看到圣母百花，离火车站也是步行距离。房间安静整洁，房间内有保险箱。房东太太人很好，沟通也很顺畅

地點便利的好飯店
飯店主人很友善，提供了很有用的旅遊資訊；雖然是棟很有歷史的建築物，但是有電梯所以對於旅行的人很便利；飯店位置也非常棒，距離車站步行只要5-8分鐘，中央市場、聖母百花教堂都在走路5分鐘即可抵達的距離內；房間很大很舒適，床鋪很好睡不會太軟，乾淨度還可以，唯一可惜的是沒有陽台。

Convenient and comfortable.
It is a good B&B and location is good. Environment is good too. With mini-bar. Coffer / Tea Maker. Water boiler. My room is near to reception so sometimes a little bit noisy. At night, the ambulance car is very loud. Not 24 hours reception but self-served is possible.

Best tourist house
It is the best hotel in Florence First it is easy to go to the Santa Maria del Fior and near to the train station, it is really convinence to the tourists. Also nice and helpful staff, even they will provide city map. The security is really good The hotel will provide house keeping service. It is highly recommended.

BEWARE bed bugs! Stayed here Nov 15-18. I contacted to let them know I had bed bug bites. They indicated they were sorry for”my” troubles. I asked them to check the room. They did not offer any compensation. I am home a week now and I have had to throw away expensive clothes, luggage, coats, and fumigate my car and quite possible my entire home.

This place was really clean and offered nice bed and comforter etc. No person nor lobby on the premise but they were helping me using whatsapp and call quickly. THE LOCATION AND THE RATE WAS AMAZING AND I will stay again if I travel alone again. The only thing we were bothered by it was that cigarette smell was coming in through bathroom vent and it was pretty bad for my family. We had to close the bathroom door all the time but its not pleasant to get ready in the morning smelling cigarettes. Perhaps its coming from other residents in the building not the guests.

We liked our stay in general. Close to every tourist attraction, and train station, walking distance, which was great for us. Clean room. Few negatives remarks, the pillows were very uncomfortable, hard and big, unpleasant smell in the “lobby”.

Beautiful hotel with great staff
Beautiful hotel right next to all of the major sites in Florence and within walking distance of the train station. Rooms were very clean. The water machine where we could fill up our bottles was a great amenity. The staff went above and beyond- I was nervous about the self check-in because we would be arriving late but Daniel was kind enough to meet us at the hotel and helped us check in in person. You are also sent videos and directions on how to check in before you arrive, so you're not figuring it out on your own. The only drawback was that the walls were very thin and we could hear people in the halls and in the room next to us. I would absolutely stay here again- thank you to the staff for the lovely stay!

It was cold and damp , no control of the heat . It was not a clean comfortable place to stay.

We like the location very much. The house is clean and comfortable. The only problem we experienced was during the checking time. There was no stuff there even we arrived around 12 noon. But overall we had a good experience.

Fantastica posizione nel centro storico di Firenze ed ottima accoglienza da parte della Signora Gabriella. Accogliente la camera con finestra sulla strada centrale ma nell'assoluta tranquillità rispetto a rumori esterni. Ottima la pulizia, presenza in camera di bollitore con bustine di te e caffè solubile, all'esterno frigorifero con acqua e macchinetta per l'espresso. La stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella, il Duomo e tutte le altre bellezze di Firenze, ristoranti e luoghi dello shopping a pochi metri di "vicinanza"...!

La struttura è posizionata proprio a due passi dal Duomo di Firenze, non per niente prende il nome dal Battistero che si trova di fronte alla Cattedrale. Pertanto comodissimo per visitare la città! B&B posizionato al 1° piano con ascensore, la signora alla reception è gentilissima e disponibile a fornire ogni informazione. Camera molto confortevole con frigorifero, spaziosa, climatizzata e arredata con gusto. Bagno in perfetto stato con box doccia, phon e kit di cortesia. Impeccabile la pulizia. A disposizione acqua, caffè e tè a soli 50 cent. Consigliatissimo per chi volesse visitare la bellissima Firenze
