Great spot, close to everything!

The apartment was as advertised, easy to locate and central to everything we did in Florence. We had a great experience and was accomodated by a host when our flight had us delayed and arriving at almost midnight.

Nice, roomy flat located in a quiet area. The unit is big enough & comfortable for a single or a couple. Very good AC. Two good TVs with cable. Excellent internet WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen. The furnishings were older, but adequate. Elevator in building. The host named Paulius from Halldis, was very responsive & available. I enjoyed my stay & would definitely stay here again!

The caretaker met us and let us in to the place and advised us at that point the washing machine was broken. Disappointing. Supposed to be fixed that week. It wasn’t. Asked about a little refund as we are now washing clothes in sink. Still no word. Great location. Comfortable bed but just disappointed by lack of reply or forewarning of broken appliances. BTW, hairdryer did not work either.
