A car is recommended; access is via a private road. Taxis reach the entrance, though a short walk from the gate may be needed.



The Space:

The property is made up of two separate towers, both for the exclusive use of guests, offering a truly unique and characterful stay surrounded by olive groves and the Tuscan countryside.



The “Torrino” is a historic tower arranged over two levels, with a comfortable living area on the ground floor and a bedroom with a private bathroom upstairs, connected by an internal staircase. The layout creates a cozy and distinctive space, full of charm.



Opposite, the “Resede” is a stone building set on one level, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining area, and a bathroom, ideal for cooking and enjoying meals in a separate, dedicated space.



Outside is where the property truly stands out. Spacious outdoor areas open onto the surrounding countryside, with a private pool at the center, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful setting. A shaded patio and a barbecue area create the ideal atmosphere for outdoor dining, slow evenings, and time spent fully immersed in the Tuscan countryside.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property for the duration of their stay, ensuring complete privacy and freedom.



The Neighborhood:

The property is set in a quiet and private area surrounded by nature, just a few minutes from the center of Florence. The setting is typical of the Tuscan countryside, with olive groves, small streams, and open views, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind while still staying close to the city. It offers a great balance between privacy and easy access to Florence, making it ideal for both relaxing stays and exploring the area.

Santa Maria Novella train station: 8 km (approx. 15 minutes by car)

Florence Airport (Peretola): 10 km (approx. 20 minutes by car)

Pisa International Airport: 87 km (approx. 1 hour by car)

Important notes and recommendations:

-A personal vehicle is strongly recommended: the property is accessed via a private internal road of approximately 600 meters with a steep incline. Taxis can reach the house, but some drivers may prefer to stop at the main gate, requiring a short walk to the entrance.



-Possible presence of insects during the summer months: as the property is surrounded by nature, insects (harmless) may occasionally appear. The house is equipped with systems that help keep the interiors comfortable; bringing insect repellent is recommended to fully enjoy the outdoor areas.



-There is no air conditioning: thanks to the historic stone structure and thick walls, the interiors remain naturally cool even during the summer. Two high-performance fans are available.



Please note that there are 2 scheduled maintenance visits per week:

-every Tuesday from 8:45 to 9:45 (gardener)

-every Friday from 7:00 to 8:00 (pool technician)

-Please note that check-in is free of charge until 8:00 PM. Our team responsible for welcoming and assisting guests is available only until that time.

-Any arrival scheduled after 8:00 PM will incur an additional fee of €80.
