The property has a weird odor. Stayed there 4 nights and not once they cleaned the room. The toilet was halfway broken. Only had 2 towels for the whole stay, had to ask for more. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I was shocked that Expedia would even list a place like this. There was not a human in the lobby to assist with check-in; instead some kind of AI type machine was there that we were supposed to register ourselves with. I left and stayed somewhere else. I was always able to rely on Expedia's bookings in the past, but that window is now closed.

No vending machines, very dirty. A/c was really load. No one in office got to talk to someone thru a computer. Breakfast was horrible No juice nothing to drink but coffee. Basically toast and cereal. Bread was stale. Best Western should take there franchise away . I will not stay at a best Western again

Whole place smells BAD (and it lingers on you/clothes), we had dirty/sandy sheets, a used ice bucket liner, 2 roaches within 10 mins, our tv was broke, but the **10 year old in a suit and tie** on the check in kiosk was super cute and very polite, he thanked me for my feedback on the broke tv. We just needed a place to sleep, but the smell stayed with us the next day. At least there was parking available by the light and security camera.

Great stay. Room and bathroom was clean and quiet.. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was yhe phone in the room didn't work and you couldn't find anyone that worked there to ask questions to. Supposed to have had coffee and continental breakfast but I never saw that either. At least there was a Waffle House across the road and Long John Silvers/Kentucky Fried Chicken right across the lawn and the parking was great.

Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately we found roaches crawling on the table in our first room. We informed the front desk, and the employee handled it professionally by checking the room and quickly moving us to another one. The second room was cleaner and we did not see any bugs, although there were still some maintenance issues like stained sheets and damage to the walls. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and pest control.

Bugs in room, toilet had waste in it, linens were other than clean with I can only imagine they were cigarette burns, and then there was a kiosk for check in where the other individual was not a local.

The experience at this hotel was terrible. In the middle of the night, someone was kicking the doors and screaming, and there were police at the doors. The assistant was virtual, there was no staff member available to do the check-in. The only person I actually saw had a friendly smile, but I never saw them again. And maybe they had too many responsibilities. They were doing renovations. The room they gave me was facing the floor renovation area. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
