「A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member」

「住這裡港口走路3分鐘的地方在市區的主要街道上吃東西跟買東西都非常方便服務人員態度良好也會協助校車坐機場接送房間的頂樓就是一個日式餐廳，可惜游泳池只是一個小水池根本沒有辦法游泳房間很乾淨，但除了洗澡跟洗髮精之外沒有提供其他任何備品也沒有吹風機」

「I'm not sure how to write a review of tge properly. Basic might do or even primative. Bed made strange noises, but so what, it was huge and very comfortable. Shower and toilet, old with peculiar plumbing but it all worked. Fabulous balcony. Not exactly pristine surroundings and was a bit muddy after rain, non of which killed anybody. Staff were brilliant. Was offered a coffee as soon as I arrived. Would come back like a shot.」

「Our best stay in Flores. From the tranquility of the resort to the very tastefully decorated bungalows and the large open air bathroom with plants and other shell and wood work. A wonderful open air restaurant serving up fresh, organic fare and the excellent service by staff. An excellent wellness area, kayaka and paddle boards on offer. The resort is absolutely clean though the grey sand beach might not be the best. However, to just chill in the balcony on bean bags facing the ocean is bliss....

「Overall we had a great stay! The room was very spacious and comfortable! Everything worked well and the staff were very friendly. The location was also very walkable to shops, restaurants, and other needs. We could hear noise from a bar/restaurant down the street & the local mosque, but the front desk provided earplugs and that was sufficient to be able to sleep well.」
