As fotos não condizem com a realidade. Os lençóis e as toalhas são velhas e com mal cheiro.. banheiros com pessima limpeza, e mal conservados.. o café da manhã sem comentários de tão ruim. Em geral a experiência foi pessima.

A estadia foi tranquila, todos que trabalham lá são muito queridos e prestativos. Acredito que o único ponto a ser melhorado, é realizar a limpeza geral do quarto antes da 4ª noite, pois como é praia, o quarto acaba ficando com muita areia acumulada.

Pontos negativos: não fazem reposição de papel higiênico (nem no dia que chegamos na pousada havia papel higiênico no banheiro), não trocam as toalhas a cada dois dias como diz no papel que assinamos no momento da entrada (as toalhas estavam ensopadas todos os dias), o horário do café da manhã é bem tarde (começa às 08, sendo que todos os passeios que fizemos saem as 07 ou as 08, ou seja, não houve um dia que conseguimos tomar café com calma), achei tudo bem desorganizado. Pontos positivos: as instalações condizem com a quantidade de estrelas da pousada, piscina aquecida e boa localização

Decepcionante

Menor quarto de hotel que eu já fiquei em toda a minha vida. Não tinha porta no quarto , somente uma porta de vidro transparente e uma especie de cortina para que os demais hóspedes não vissem o interior do quarto. Agora entendo o motivo de não haverem fotos dos quartos. Aliás depois dessa jamais reservarei um hotel sem as fotos do quarto. Café da manhã bem simples, suca de laranja parecia estar passado. Piscina era um nojo só, muito cheiro de urina. Para ficar no banheiro tem que abrir a porta do box.

O local em si não é ruim, as instalações são relativamente novas. Ao chegar fomos recebidas por uma pessoa que mal fala português e nem sequer as instruções no quarto são em português e sim em espanhol. O quarto é extremamente pequeno e o café da manhã muito ruim . Tudo da pior qualidade, frutas e frios do dia anterior, não recomendaria essa pensão .

A pousada é fantástica... novinha... ótimas acomodações, excelente localização (próxima de bares, restaurantes, praias). Os anfitriões estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. Eu recomendo!

Propaganda Enganosa

Péssimo atendimento, fui muito mal recebido, havia uma "argentina" que me recebeu rudemente e que quase me colocou para fora da pousada, pois não entendia que eu realizei uma reserva e precisava realizar o check in. Me colocaram em um quarto com cheiro horrível de urina de rato, No quarto, além de péssima limpeza, havia luzes queimadas no banheiro, cama horrível... um café da manhã medíocre e pra finalizar, de nada adiantou reclamar! Pois me informaram que o cheiro ruim era de urina de gatos dos vizinhos, que era normal....onde tem gato, tem rato. Ao lado do quarto havia uma dispensa de entulhos, onde exalava também o mal cheiro além de ripas e madeiras na lavanderia do quarto. O local é pura propaganda enganosa!!! Perdi uma diaria, retornei antecipadamente para casa, meu filho de quatro anos reclamou do mal cheiro, era impossível continuar na pousada devido aos fatos relatados!!! Entrarei em contato com a vigilância sanitária local para averiguação dos fatos!!!
